Great sit down talk! While I’m not in the target demographic, would you pick this new building over Echo and Flatiron?

I am little bit skeptic. Fukushima was 1 in 10.000 year tsunami. A 1 in 10.000 year tornado will ravage this building. The exoskeleton 1000 museum building is well protected, I would put my money there. #2cents.

Actually downtown Miami had a direct hit by a tornado in the late 90,s and Florida is the #1 tornado state per capita in the nation. Not to mention a hurricane hits Florida just about every year so yea. With that said everything always gets rebuilt back no matter how many times it gets destroyed because of Florida's heavy population. The main worry should be sea level rise. That's really the biggest challenge.

You mean a 1 in 10,000 year hurricane. The same has been said for the last 80 years about California. You can bow to your fears if you like....

Will there be Otis elevators? And how many??? Builders in Miami are notorious for cutting corners and installing insufficient crappy elevators that break down after ten years? Imagine living in a penthouse and having to wait 30 minutes for an elevator?

Wait until the New York Stock Exchange and the New York Bond Exchange moves to Miami. You ain't seen nothing yet until all cryptocurrencies and platinum, gold, silver coins and bullion are legal for services, products, and payments and salaries!
