Ingredients:
Dosa Batter
Salt - to season
For Each Jini Dosai - Butter - 2 tbsp
Schezwan Chutney - 2 tbsp (mix water to dilute packaged chutney)
Veggies - Cabbage Shredded - 1 tbsp
Onion - few slices
Capsicum - 2-3 juliennes pieces
Green Chilli - 2 slit pieces
Tomato - 2-3 slices
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Chat Masala - ½ tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - ½ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Cheese Cubes / Grated Pizza - 3 tbsp

Great I have done this myself before and it is really good. But I have made the mix separately and added it on top of dosa. But this do look good. One thing to note is dosa tawa should be flat and if it is low in the middle then it might not get much fluffy
