Dosa Banane ke Ingredients:
1 1/2 Glass - Chawal
½ glass se kam Safed Urad Dal
Muthi bhar - Chana Dal
1 Tsp - Methi Seeds
Swaad Anusaar - Namak
2 - Tamatar [Sliced]
1 - Onion [Chopped]
100 Gm - Makkhan [Cubed]
2-3 - Hari Mirch [Chopped]
¼ Cup - Hara Dhaniya
For Upma: ¼ Cup - Suji
1 Tbsp - Oil
½ Tsp - Mustard
1 Tsp - Salt
2 1/2 Cups - Water
Karam Podi:
2 tbsp Chana Dal
1½ tbsp Coriander
½ tbsp Jeera
½ tsp Methi
1 ½ tbsp Urad Dal
1 tsp Sarso
3 bade tukde Imli
5-6 Garlic
4-5 Curry leaf
¼ tsp Hing
2 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch
1 tbsp Namak

बिलकुल सही तरिका है 100%, मै हैद्राबाद मे 12 साल था और मैं रोज ये सेम मसाला डोसा खाता था उस डोसेवाले के पास बडी फोर व्हीलर वाले भी आकर रुक जाती थी आधा घंटा एक घंटा रुकना पडता था और जिस कॉम्प्लेक्स के बाहर उसका ठेला था वो कॉम्प्लेक्स उसने खरीदा था उसके साथ मार्केट मे और भी 3-4 बडी इमारते थी ठेले पर 4-5 लडके काम करते थे
Lekin kahi kahi ... chutney bhi daltey . Pata nhi konsi chutney hain woh .
