I am white. I am crying with tears of thankfulness. So thankful Angela had a strong wise mother for support and guidence. Angela was put in Mr. Edwards life for this life changing experience. I'm not sure who needed who more but I know it was a divine appointment from God. Highest praises to God our father. He is faithful.

When my husband was in medical school in Ohio he was treated so bad by nurses and doctors alike because he is Mexican and comes from a poor background. However all those bad treatments just made him want to work harder and now he is a medical director of many counties in southern California 🇺🇲❤
I am so thankful for this Nurse and Patient. God bless them both. I am a Nurse and I made a promise to my mother who passed away many years ago that I am going to be one of the best Nurse ever. I will treat every ill person the way I want someone to treat my loved ones. Happy she listened to her mom.❤️🙏🏼
I’m watching in California… I want say that the 13 times my husband was in the hospital he received the best care of all from black nurses…we would give them thank you notes when he left the hospital!!
In the medical field, as a black nurse, we all have a story to share. I live in Detroit Michigan and retired 4yrs ago after 32yrs . I’m very aware of St. Mary’s Hospital. Many thanks to Mr.Edwards and Angela for all of their amazing work 🙏❤️😊
It’s a great story. Regardless of racism, in my time I’ve witnessed horrendous treatment in my life. But I am grateful for such stories will help future generations to respect all human beings.
As a nurse, that has always been my experience. I am nearly retired and nothing has changed. I cried when I saw myself in the life of nurse Parker. Thanks for bringing life to our everyday realities
I personally experience such treatments as a nurse for many years, as the first black nurse in that hospital, hmmm. Inequalities in the health service is terrible.
I can respect the emotional connection you feel, but honestly, I think we’re doing ourselves a disservice by romanticizing struggle as if it’s an inevitable part of the job. You cried because you saw yourself in Nurse Parker, but is that really something to celebrate? Shouldn’t we be outraged that nothing has changed after all these years? You’re about to retire, and the fact that you're saying “nothing has changed” is exactly the problem. Instead of finding comfort in seeing our realities reflected, maybe it’s time we stop accepting it as “just the way things are” and start demanding better. I admire your dedication, but sympathy alone won't fix a broken system.
@@NTHeartwarmingStoriesAs a Retired Nurse who endured All of this and More, it is Sad to see that it is still very much an ongoing issue!! We began an organization who would identify rectify and Sue not only the hospital but patients as well who were of this ignorant 1902 ilk!! The monies went toward funding BLK Nursing Education!
Professionalism and dedication as a nurse is very important when you stand ur ground God stand up for u thank GOD she didn't fight back but let God fight for her
Watching from Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬...I am also a black nurse..Thank you Angela for making a difference . It's not about colour's but about the care given to Patients.
This was a great example of what so many people of different backgrounds deal with every single day thank you for. The part I like is that she never gave up who she was and her Professional attitude
This is not just a story... It was her reality, her toxic experience in her work environment. Through her pain, racism and exclusion she showed pure sheer perseverance, courage and integrity. She performed exemplary work no matter what was thrown at her!
When one has to fight for a place in life to be humiliated daily because the color of their skin is such a disgrace today, and it goes on in so many people's lives.
St Mary's has over 50% non-white staff and there are clues in the video that the 'story' is a fake. No-one would have been surprised to see a black person in a London hospital.
Thank you for sharing! As a black RN, experienced discrimination, from the nurses to doctors. By grace of God I survived as a new nurse, it’s still a struggle. Just pray to God to give me strength every single day. It’s real.
Nursing is a hard job indeed. I'm sorry you had to deal with that. All those patients that you have helped will love you with all their hearts, and they will remember you as the wonderful person that you are. God bless you.
You need colleagues who can advise and support you. This is a legal issue. Facilities that take federal funds and allow racist behavior can lose their federal funds. An investigation by the civil rights division is warranted. If a doctor mistreat a nurse, he will mistreat the ppl who is suppose to service. This disparities in heath care.COSTLY
As you go through the challenges each day, think of the calling on your life, and as Angela and many others, you are a beacon of light for those to come, a glimmer of hope that they too can and will make it through each challenge one step at a time. Philippians 4:13. I love that I read the nurse's crèd when at a commitment service after a serious surgery that affected my life to want to speak out against the cruel treatment at times I have received as a black patient in many hospital settings. Not just with the staff but also with patients as well. To be able to stand firm on who I am and still be respectful, as Angela's Mom expressed, goes a long way. Respect gains respect. You never know who you may be helping in life. Your strength comes from within.
I enjoyed this true story and so grateful that it was told with such complete explanations and details of the true reality of a black nurse's experiences in their careers. Praise and glory to Almighty God for the truth to be told. Alma
The strength and endurance of this strong young woman, speaks volume. Despite all the prejudice/ injustice she experienced she refuse to let them break her. God has a way of stepping in, turning things around and working things out your Favor when you least expect it! What a Blessing...🙏🙌
As a Black nurse I’ve faced these behaviors and her 😂 mothers words are the same as my mothers I survived 30 years in the field before I retired. I know that God was my strength
I wish more people in power would collaborate with people who can truly make a difference for a better world for everyone. These people usually are not seen or heard by the people who need to.
I can remember back in the mid 80's when I worked at a hospital in Atlanta, Georgia and had the same experience. I refused to compromise my integrity of patient care. This story reminds me of myself. God will always send help exactly when we need it the most... Never Give Up! ❤🙏
At first, I was ANGRY!!! But as I continued to listen to Mr. Edwards and how he was so kind to her, plus the gentle but stern advice from her mother, I felt myself that there was MORE to Mr. Edwards than just being a patient. Look at God!!!!! He may not come when we want Him, but HE'S ALWAYS right on time!!! I loved this story!!!
Even though this is probably a made up story, this and worse situations still exist. Unfortunately, patients are discriminated against with critical and mortal outcomes. Racism and racists are everywhere and are not this easily identified and resolutions are much more difficult. Real talk: Doctors are more likely be fired bc of a huge lawsuit pay out than racist. It's mostly about the dollars. But kudos when it is taken care of.
I truly enjoyed this story and I have experienced racism in many ways but I’m always grateful for that person who stands up for what is right and I also plan to be that person
I like how Angela never lost her temper. She took the difficult challenges and tried not to get discouraged, keeping her mother's words in her ears for encouragement, not ever saying anything to the people who were against her.😮 She did well.😊
Respect Angela for your professional attitude and the dignity that you have shown. Because of you a lot of people lives will be changed for for the better. Bless you young lady
I am watching from Texas. Thank you Nurse Parker and Mr. Edwards. In addition thanks to everyone who cared and was brave enough to tell this story. My career started out this way, went away for over 40 years then resurfaced as I approached retirement in the midst of organizational changes. I survived in the midst of prejudice from all kind of people and I am proud that I refused to give up, even in midst of so much pain. Kudos to Angela.
I have a niece whose father was black. She had decided that she was going to be a doctor so she could take care of my mom (her grandma). Sadly my mom passed away before she got the chance. She is now a doctor at a hospital in CA and one of the best doctor's on it's staff. GO RACHEL!!!
Thank you for this story , which I thoroughly enjoyed. I admired Angela's ability to persevere despite all she had to endure. I live on the Island of Jamaica. 🇯🇲 I was trained as a Nurse and Midwife in Jamaica and worked with all Health Care providers as a Team.. We were taught to be Advocates for our patients/ clients. When Angela spoke up clearly to the surgeon on behalf of the client, I felt a great surge of pride. I became a Nurse Educator, and I pray that my former students will strive to be like Angella. Once again thank you.
This story shed the light on what happens in too many important companies. In a Healthcare atmosphere there is no place for this. Thank you for sharing such an enlightening story.
I pray God’s blessings up Nurse Parker. It is conformation the Lord is always on time. I admired her perseverance. So grateful for the CEO to recognize the challenges that nurse Parker was facing. He not only recognized but turned the situation around. What a blessing!! I truly enjoyed this story, especially the positive outcome!
As a black nurse i felt this in nursing school, in interviews for jobs, salary, from doctors and white nurse. Retired and happy to be away from the prejudice.
@@vanessajones7631very sorry you had such a bad experience. Thank you for your dedication and care. You will be rewarded. I am also a retired white nurse, however in my years of nursing the color of someone’s skin was never, in my opinion, the value of a person. I’m very thankful my parents raised 10 children and made sure we realized what’s inside, not the color of our skin, not how many riches you have, determines your value. We were poor and discriminated against in the opportunities we had. We had firm parents who taught us good values and in spite of the adversities we all worked hard and their teachings lead us to a good happy life where we respect the value not by color or wealth but by what’s inside. I never judge a book or a person by color. The value lies in what’s inside. I have seen what you experienced, and still don’t understand why our skin color, our wealth, causes people to look down and devalue a person. They miss the opportunity to enjoy a great friendship by holding to these thoughts.
I am from Ohio as a new nurse years ago I felt like the nurse in this story. Bed hospital. I had no one to show my hurts and disappointment I had. The racism wad thick like a cup of pudding. When I move to the operating room I would be set up with the meanest surgeon who was demanding and had the hardest cases. But I persevered and he began trusting me to know and anticipate his needs during difficult procedures. It got to the point when he scheduled a difficult case he would call me at home to make sure I was the nurse who scrubbed his cases. I went on to other hospitals in Indian and face the same situation after 37 years of nursing I sometimes still feel the sting of how I was treated. I am damn proud of being a nurse and a damn good one
This is so real. In my 30 years of nursing I have experienced some of these toxic behaviors from administration and colleagues. By the grace of God I am still standing. As Ms.Angelou said still I RISE! 🙏🏽
Same. And the very people who treated me like the dirt they walked on were nurses and one other person who was the director of our department. And were either demoted, quit and one of them died. But I take no satisfaction in what happened to any of them. I'm just grateful that God was with me through it all. And I moved on and I went back to school and got a much better job in health-care. To God be the glory! 😊
Yes, sometimes those who thing that they are the head feels intimidated . And instead of thanking her, look how he treated her and where? God doesn't like ugly.
The bravery and strength that would take amazes me. Also the desire to be the best for the patient. I'm not thinking that this is a true story. Nonetheless, many teaching moments.
In addition, Mr Edwards interventions. He truthfully believe in diversity, collaboration and recognition of individual's ability and strength. Mr Edwards genuine interest is also a positive avenue for anyone going through work challenge. Thanks to everyone like Mr Edward in every management levels. Thanks for the thought provoking story.
This could very well be a true story it still happens in the work place to this day but with smiles I'm over it no one will ever treat me in a disrespectful way or think that I don't know my job or discredit me in anyway
@@estrilitaboyd1168 I'm sure the disrespectful attitudes and discrimination truly happen. A surgical nurse is trained specifically for that position. Never would a floor nurse just be pulled into surgery on a moments notice.
I thought it was just my friends daughters experience. She is white and is now a PA. She was so mistreated by the nurses who seemed to be hell bent on pushing her to give up. They even complained about her to those evaluating her. She didn't socialize with them, she took her commitment very seriously and I think that could have been part of the problem. Slackers don't like dedicated people.
@@myheart245 you are so right! I deal with that too. I think when you are hard working and good at your job it shines a light on their incompetence and they will try anything to pull you down. Keeping God first and letting Him fight for me has been the best thing I have ever done!
I really enjoyed listening to this story. It was very touching. I’m so happy to know that her mother taught her that she could always be the best that she could be. I applaud her for hanging in there and for all the corrections that was made at the hospital, we need more strong women like Angela 👍🙏🏾🙏🏾
I have been a patient in hospitals all around, and it is a blessing to find healthcare providers treating patients with respect as they are challenged by the weight of others against them just because. My prayer is that we, as patients and providers, look at the reason you are taking the oath you are signing your name to and those who fought for diversity for all. A lovely example is you never know who you may be helping or how that person can affect your life. That is in every walk of life. Blessings and thank you for sharing this story.
Grand Rising ✨️ I enjoyed your video. I loved Nurse Parkers perseverance and held on to her bravery and professionalism. Thank you for the courage shown👏🏿✨️😊
Even though this is still going on in EVERY work place I don't appreciate the constant racial (not just black) videos. I was raised to love everyone. Sadly not everyone was raised that way.
Big shoutout to Mr Edward’s for his work and change to that whole environment because a lot of us as black men and women face that same issue all over the country. 💯💪🏾
So glad this finally came to light! I worked in a hospital for 16 years, I worked with all races and , I enjoyed learning about different races and nationalities, I was brought up not to be non discriminatory. I enjoyed all the different cultures and made a lot of friends! I’ve never been sorry.
The healthcare industry is very diversed on all levels in healthcare. Mr Edwards intervention was right on time. I appauld the nurse for her intergrity , and continue value of her job to attend to the patients regardless of how she was treated. Hopefully this story will reach out around the natio for Healthcare and all industry to do a better job on how we treat our employees and administered staff. Thank you Ms Black and Mr Edwards for making a change in history the will help the healthcare industry around the world.
Nothing with a beginning without an end. Angela and Mr Edwards were God sent to bring an end to Racism and lack of inclusiveness in St Mary Hospital. Angela tried for her perseverance in the face of discrimination and Mr Edwards for his keen observance. Great story!

I love this story so much. As a black RN I know exactly what she was going through. And because of systemic prejudices I am not working in a hospital now. I worked really hard to get this RN just to have to deal with what this poor nurse was going through. Its shameful. Especially for this day in 2024
ME TOO, THE MICRO AGGRESSIONS ARE UNBEARABLE, YET THEY CRY ABOUT NURSING SHORTAGES. AS A RETIRED RN, I STILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS TYPE OF STUFF AS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN PATIENT BUT HAVING NURSING EXPERIENCE IS LIKE HAVING A SECRET WEAPON 😇🙏🏽👍🏾
@cherylwin9364 This is a noble Profession and especially after Covid-19 if I were you I would have been a traveling nurse to see which state was more Open to Black People. And th South is still way behind on accepting people for who they are. I even noticed coming from Calif. how being in the hair business as a licensed Barber it was hard to get into a mixed culture and I had my own shop in Cali. I'm so glad my Mom had the nerve to bring us up in a more acceptance of all. It's a shame but the only thing that people of color can do is hit them in the pocket to racial injustice and have the rest of the world to way in on the situation. GROW UP PEOPLE IN THE SOUTH Minorities will be a thing of the past because we will be the majority because of sheer numbers.
Also left my hospitals due to discrimination from administration. Had a couple of racist patients over the years but being passed over for less qualified people was the straw that broke the camel's back. I got a MUCH better job and had very open and fair bosses. There were a couple of jobs I didn't get where the other application was the right choice. I know the difference.
Really enjoyed this. The fact that she listen to her mom and didn’t give up is the best part. Humanity needs more tolerance and compassion with one another ❤
I was working at a hospital in Memphis TN. I remember there was a Doctor who threw a metal chart at a Nurse, hitting her, hurting her. I was shocked that they let that slide, the staff whispered, he did that All the time. I exclaimed loudly, 'I wish he Would do that to me, I'D OWN HIM And THIS HOSPITAL'! I know he knew I meant it. I personally Never saw him do That again! There are SO many stories I could tell, but I'm retired, so Won't go there! May God Bless the Medical workers. ♥️
I can imagine, I have a nurse friend and the stuff she’s been through with the arrogant doctors, I know I would have lost it. You guys are definitely a special person to put up with that bs from the doctors and the patients. 💜💜
That's horrible This story was touching. My mom works in the health care industry and the stories she tells us is similar.. I hope that change really do happen for ALL❤
Not made up. Lots of black nurses identify with Nurse Parker. Believe m e, it is still happeningtoday. Just under reported. Very sad in 2024. @annicecaldwell1271
Perseverance! After reading this story it reminded me of my own experience as a nurse who migrated here in the south.Yes it was hard being Asian but I was determined to prove to my co worker that I am capable. Of the job offered to me in charge of the unit.I am now retired after 31 years of service in that hospital and very proud of being a nurse for over 54 years!
This is true, it is real in medical profession, being black nurse is very challenging but patience is the key 🔑 to achieve the passion. You have to love the job "NURSING". Beautiful story.
These incidents still occur everyday at hospitals, nursing homes and Assisted Livings. We have to prove ourselves constantly starting in nursing school. One administrator told me he'd rather hire a new white nurse than me with over 15 years of specialty experience.
@daisymae3929 I am so sorry to hear that. It must be soul-destroying. My thoughts and good wishes are sent to you. You sound like a really lovely person.E.x
@elainekay7680. Thank you for your kind words. it was and can be disheartening. I rose above the bigotry, and after 33 years, I can honestly say I slept well every night because I gave my patients, residents and their families 110% with each encounter no matter how trying it was.
@daisymae3929 It's just fantastic that wonderful people like yourself exist in this world. As my now deceased Mum used to say, " don't let the beggers get you down!" ( spoken like a true Lancashire person!)xx
Angela is a hero in every sense of the word! Her professionalism throughout from day 1 to the present has been her greatest strength and I support her for the woman she is!! May God continue to Bless her!
Her perseverance in the light of discrimination. As a registered nurse/Midwife myself for over 30years , I applaud her because I understand and can relate her experiences.
@@corineclara847 as a person from another part of the world, I am totally surprised that racism is so prevalent in healthcare institutions. Isn’t caring for the sick already about compassion for the human race? Does it mean that white healthcare workers are not caring about the human race and therefore compassion and ethics are just a bluff? How can you be prejudiced and yet be caring for patient?
The intervention and the perseverance of the worker, the determination to make it in the face of adversity. Thank you for this video. It was aww inspiring.
Nurse Parker certainly deserves all the commendations and generous praises that a Nurse could ever hope for. As an RN then NP for over 32 years, this story really amazes me. The greatest impact this story had on me was the way the CEO Mr. Edwards came forward and unapologetically stood up for Nurse Parker and his personal values. He displayed such strong integrity that race could not deter him from standing up for what he knew in his heart to be the right thing to do!
if you were truly a nurse than you would know that a floor nurse is not called in for surgeries. Surgical nurses are specifically trained for surgery procedures and need special certifications, Floor nurses, usually are RN's and deal with aftercare, vitals, and care plans. While an ER nurse deals with urgent care needs.
@@marytramp5678 True literally. However, note that the ‘floor doctor’ also served as the main surgeon in this case, and depending on his status, he likely had the authority to pull in an assistant per his preference without being questioned (though in a fair world it would be unethical). Even assigning her extraordinarily high acuity patients as a new staff nurse was unheard of
@@marytramp5678 I believe it was Mark Twain that said, "Never spoil a good story by telling all the truth." Thank you for the hospital education as a plus!
@@Jean-JacquesZenger however, Mark Twain was a novelist, humorist, and a ravel writer. He was Not known as a non-ficion author in the least bit. he was in fact a story teller. meaning you could expect his stories to be fiction. Theses fictional stories lead you to believe they are true, to believe there is good in the world. If this is the case then wither they need to tell a true story or at least make a ficional story seem believeable. in this story what they actually did was to make a black woman struggling against racism look weak, bc she depended on the big strong white man to save the day. and solve all her problems. yeah, real life just doesn't work like that. I just chose to pick my battle with the topic of nursing bc it was the least controversial. The topic of racism in our country is much to hot.
A good change is actually needed in every field today. In my opinion it is her perseverance & tolerance that brought in such a drastic change in her life.

First of all thank God for mr.Edwards!!!! God has a way of sending his angels when they're needed. As a nurse nearing retirement, this has always been my experience. Seeing myself in Nurse Parker’s story brought me to tears. Thank you for highlighting our reality.
I WILL NEVER FORGET THE TIME WHEN I WAS A NURSING SUPERVISOR AT A PLACE CALLED BROOKMONT HEALTHCARE CENTER IN EFFORT,PENNSYLVANIA. IT WAS A NURSING HOME. A WHITE NURSE SHOWED ME THE CHART OF A PATIENT THAT SAID NO BLACK CARE GIVERS AND THE INSTITUTION HAD BEEN HONORING THIS REQUEST. ONE EVENING I WAS ON DUTY WITH 4 OTHER BLACK CARE GIVERS AND WAS REMINDED BY THE STAFF ABOUT THESE RIDICULOUS INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE CARE OF THIS PERSON. I CALLED THE FAMILY AND ASKED THEM WERE THEY GOING TO COME IN AND CARE FOR THEIR FAMILY MEMBER SINCE ALL OF US ON DUTY ARE BLACK ? THERE WAS A LONG AWKWARD SILENCE AND THEN PROFUSE APOLOGIES AND FINALLY ASKING US TO CARE FOR THEIR FAMILY MEMBER AND WE DID WITH THE UTTERMOST PROFESSIONAL CARE THAT WE HAD BEEN PROVIDING TO ALL OF OUR PATIENTS. IT IS VERY SAD TO SEE AMERICA STILL STRUGGLING WITH GENERATIONAL PREJUDICE AND HATE ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY BRING IT INTO THE WORKPLACE.👎🏾
This is not new news to me. Happens all the time. In 1984 I was in one of the New England Dental Schools in my senior year. An older white lady told the attending professor that she doesn’t want to be examined by a brown skinned student. The professor told me to switch rooms. Another time, in a military clinic. A retired Vietnam Vet brought his son for emergency treatment for facial swelling. After examination and X-rays, he will need to have his abscess tooth treated and swelling drained. The son went out the treatment room to his father and said I don’t want to be treated by a gook. I am not even Asian. I told myself, it’s his loss. He will not get medical care for free anywhere and the father never apologized either. So, you just have to ignore the prejudices in this country and live your life.
@mumumin9098 Thanks for your sharing of experience. This, of course, isn't NEWS to ANYONE LIVING ON THIS PLANT above the age of reasoning and discernment. Especially from those WHO experienced this. It IS INDEED THE LOSS of the sickly person/family who stands by their faulty, demon inspired, established stronghold. My POV is that if more ppl saw it through and maintained what the patient like that wanted, the outcome would be an easy, painful lesson for them.
It's just a fiction, intended to entertain. Pick through it and you'll see that the script is AI generated as is the image. NHS hospitals don't allow private individuals to dictate policy and the complaints procedure wouldn't allow for the 'hospital administrator' to visit the ward and speak to the patient. Google it and you'll find nothing even though the video claims it was all over the news.
How ungrateful the doctor was when she kept him from killing a patient. That would have ruined his life in so many ways, but his prejudice was greater than his gratitude. He was angry that she had actually saved him and the patient. Just goes to show how deep seeded prejudices can be.
This is bringing back repercussions because I relate to 70% of her experiences in a black hospital as a black nurse😢 I termed it a black to black emotional violation.
Both Nurse Parker and Mr. Edward made a powerful impact in instrumental changes that was very much needed in this hospital. Never give up on what God has given you because help is always on the way!

I appreciate Angela preserving and Mr. Edward speaking up. The support of Angela's family's love and caring prove that families make a difference.

Yes when you do what you do selfless God Stand.up for you
I can respect the emotional connection you feel, but honestly, I think we’re doing ourselves a disservice by romanticizing struggle as if it’s an inevitable part of the job.

Why did they hired her?😢😢
At first, I was ANGRY!!! But as I continued to listen to Mr. Edwards and how he was so kind to her, plus the gentle but stern advice from her mother, I felt myself that there was MORE to Mr. Edwards than just being a patient.

“We love nurses. They keep doctors from accidentally killing people!”
Sounds like my cousin, Colleen’s experience. So glad that were given respect by that doctor.
This is so real. In my 30 years of nursing I have experienced some of these toxic behaviors from administration and colleagues. By the grace of God I am still standing. As Ms.Angelou said still I RISE! 🙏🏽
As you should and continue to do ma'am!

As a Black American patient, I share the same experiences. Call it what you will, evil by any other name is evil.

I have experienced this type of mistreatment working in a hospital setting where the color of your skin determines whether or not u r capable of doing your job correctly every suggestion u make is over looked or shot down but u must remain steadfast respectful and do your job with a caring attitude u must never allow rude and educated fools to take anything away from u thank u Mr Edward
The clatity & care which Angela reaches out to others, speaks w/VITALITY. She is a gift of LIFE, & healing to others.
I admire her for always reflecting on what her mother said. She was the strength Angela needed and drew from .
You are gullible. This is a fake, AI generated story. Go listen again.
Bravo Angela, your determination, and saving the life of that patient during surgery , and your wanderful MUM
Isn't it SO HORRIBLE 😢
People can be so hateful😢
This country was "founded" on racism. Years chaned. People don't!
This is one of the best outcome of unfair treatment of racism I heard of for a long time.
Well done Nurse and Mr Edwards.
🎯🎯
Very wise comment. Very wise.
This is bringing back repercussions because I relate to 70% of her experiences in a black hospital as a black nurse😢
I termed it a black to black emotional violation.
Deep seated racism and prejudice leads to very grave mistakes!!!!😮😮😮
He was angry that a black woman was more knowledgeable than anyone in the room.
@pennyrainer2139
“How ungrateful the doctor………..”
🌷And what a huge EGO- arrogance does to common sense… and your heart.
This is to all my black and minority nurses …thank you for your service and thank you Nurse Parker for implementing change …👏🏽
Perseverance and the help of mr Edwards both come together united we stand love these stories 🙏🏾❤️❤️
I am truly inspired by Angela's dedication and perseverance in the face of adversity
Both Nurse Parker and Mr. Edward made a powerful impact in instrumental changes that was very much needed in this hospital. Never give up on what God has given you because help is always on the way!
I listened with tears in my eyes, while fighting memories I have fought hard to bury, of the most distressing time in my own life! I suffered an almost identical fate for one year in the NHS, here in the 🇬🇧. This ignorant and degrading practice still goes on here in hospitals, up and down the UK !
