You just made a property developer very happy by purchasing a condo in Bangkok. Property management fees for a life time. I personally prefer land rights for my self. Philippines is moving in the direction of land rights for foreigners which is a giant step ahead of Bangkok.
This means that Thai people love their homeland more than Filipinos. That's because Thai people realize that their ancestors fought and sacrificed their lives to protect the land since ancient times. Thai people are therefore grateful to their ancestors for preserving the land of Thailand for them in the modern era. Therefore, they have a law that will not allow the land of Thailand to be in the possession of foreigners. So in this matter Thais are definitely smarter than Filipinos.
I love these kinda condos, i've probably watched dozens of these tours lol. Those swimming pools and the views are something I need to experience someday. It's also a decent size, way better than the other one from the beginning of the channel. Was that a tiny oven in the kitchen btw? That's pretty cool. There's probably a lot of eating out to do but I do like using the oven personally

There are so many cool little areas in BKK now that they have extended the BTS & MRT. I think over the next 10 yrs. BKK will become even more popular with Farangs than it is now. I have a place by Phloen Chit which is centrally located but it was about 50k baht per mo. Though it is a 2br & 2 story. It is true you can find a really nice place for any budget you just have to keep looking until that perfect 1 presents itself.
I would like you to review the common areas of the condo more. The swimming pool, fitness center and other parts I would like to see more of. It's amazing. With this price The room looked very nice. compared to quality of life in New York that must be paid I feel sorry for myself and envy you. Bangkok has many luxurious shopping malls and places to visit. BTS/MRT Many night markets Many luxurious rooftop bars

Condo rent price in bangkok depend on location Your condo beside krung thon buri station it is good location But if you want lower rent price in thonburi side I recomment bang wa area & charansanitwong road beside mrt blue line bangkok is big city & variety depend on your lifestyle Good luck in bangkok👍👍
