After all, the trained chef had no choice: after losing his sight in an accident, he took up cooking and that has inevitably strengthened his other senses.
His restaurant serves excellent food and is more popular than ever. Antonio shared with us how he managed it and what challenges he encountered along the way.

Such an inspiring story! It's one thing to be blind from the birth and completely different when you lose eyesight after you already had it.. It fascinates me how he managed to overcome his disastrous trauma and carried on with life. Props to him and his family and wish them all the best!
