Chattambade recipe | ಚಟ್ಟಂಬಡೆ | Masala vada recipe | Parippu vade | Chattambade by Bhat n bhat.

I think Most of you may have tasted it.
Crispy chattambade or vada we use gram dal and urad dal to prepare it. To enhance it's taste, you can use onions, green chilli, ginger and curry leaves. Finally it should be deep fried in oil with a medium flame. Best suitable snack for rainy evenings!

Gram dal 2cup
Urad dal 1/4cup
Coconut oil to fry
Onion 2
