Uddina vade | urad dal vada explained by sudarshan bhat Bedradi Bhat‘n'bhat TH-cam channel.
This is about a tasty and spicy vada by using urad dal, a best suitable dish for rainy days. Urad dal boosts energy, helps in digestive system and helps to manage diabetes. This is also good for skin and hair. A simple dish, but favorite of many people. It tastes super with ginger flavoured chutney. It cant be stored more than one to 2 days.

ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ವೆರೈಟಿಗಳು ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ... ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಕಮ್ಮಿ ಬೆಲೆ ಸಿಗುತ್ತೆ ಅಂತ ಅದನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ... ಅದು ಒದಗು ಬಹಳ ಕಮ್ಮಿ ಇರುತ್ತೆ... ನಿಮಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಉದ್ದಿನ ಅಂಬಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ Cow ಕೌ (ಹಸು) ಬ್ರಾಂಡ್ ನ ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆ ತಗೊಳ್ಳಿ... ಅದು ಮಾಮುಲು ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆಗಿಂತ 30-40ರೂ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ, ಆದರೆ ಒದಗೂ ಮತ್ತೆ ರುಚಿ ಬಹಳ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿರುತ್ತೆ, ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಖರ್ಚು ಹಾಗೂ 1ಕೆಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಡೆ 5 ರಿಂದ 10 ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಬರುತ್ತೆ... ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಟ್ರೈ ಮಾಡಿ ನೋಡಿ
