anch' io ho avuto il problema dell'effetto farfalla della fotocamera esterna desktop, dopo vari tentavi sfc /scannaw (utile farlo) , il problema era la multi porta usb anche se la cambiavo dallo stesso hardware, poi ho provato direttamente su una porta del pc e il problema si è risolto. Ha funzionato. provate.

Some laptops have a switch to turn the camera on or off. When the switch is turned off, Windows will not register the camera. Like on my laptop, the F6 button turns the camera on and off
