Bad advice to uninstall the driver. I followed your instructions, and the driver is not reinstalled after rebooting and resetting. I should've read the comments on this video first because other people followed your instructions and could not reinstall the driver.

Hello I'm sorry I don't have any answer, but I have same problem and also my laptop is hp envy 14 When is was pay it installed windows 8.1 then i installed latest microsoft windows 10 after that my camera stop working about 1 year during that year and til now i dont have any webcome drive on hp laptops , i contected hp support team and tell me their is no hp Webome drive , after that they send me program colled (cyberlink) Istil i dont have any solution for that problem??? I don't understand the reason hp website driver is not including webcome drive?? Another company like Lenovo has a webcome drivers for ther machines

The same problem happened with me.... after uninstalling the camera was not showing in disk management.😢😢😮
