@@mysteryandmeaning297 worship of Ra would be fundamentalism. It would be the worshipping of an idea, aka idol worship. I’m guessing (I could be very wrong) that you come from a religious background with hints of fundamentalism dashed in, and are projecting that form of worship onto Aaron. He and Ra teach you to not look Without towards concepts but to look within towards the kingdom of heaven Jesus spoke of

“Religion is the water that makes you thirsty. But Christ is the water that satisfies. But not Christ the person, Christ the dimension that lives in YOU.” 💜 This is so fantastic. Thank you so much Aaron for putting this so eloquently. I’ve been living this way for years, no longer going to church but still loving Jesus in my heart. I practice yoga and meditation too and have been studying the teachings of Indian mystics such as Sri Ramana Maharshi. I don’t tell people that I’m a mystic, although one time my friend asked me to define myself, and that was the best word I could think of to describe it. I hope that word doesn’t get popularized because then it will start becoming “egoic.” But thank you so much for explaining to folks the differences here. Even though it’s actually been around much longer than fundamentalism, lot of Christians haven’t yet heard about Christian mysticism, and YOU are the perfect person to explain it! 🙏🏼 thank you Aaron

Twenty minutes later and i'm only half way into this because i keep having to pause it because it's so good i must write it down. This needs to come with a downloadable transcript. This is the best well understood and non judgmental explanation of mysticism and it's roots i have heard. Well done Arron. I grew up fundamental baptist until my early 20's when i left the church. But spent all those years with an aching feeling that something was just off in the juxtaposition between what i felt in my heart and what the church was telling me. Since then i have spent the last several years feeling like i was getting ever closer to God but yet at the same time believing less and less about what i knew Christianity to be. So much so that i had to ask myself, "is it even honorable to call myself a "christian" at this point?" It wasn't till recently when i went through my own dark night of the soul that i discovered that all my life what i really was, was a christian mystic playing a fundamentalist. Talk about clarity! It gave a new lease on God. I went from wanting to get rid of it all to now just wanting to be soaked in wonderment with everything i can learn. This is the feeling i was trying to have with God all those years but always felt was just never quite attainable for me. Keep on with these videos man, you are surely showing the Christ within you. New to your channel but your intro looks like your from SF. Do you know any good churches or organizations around the area that teach to this more contemplative mystical way?

I found your, "station", from a friend that was in the Metaphysical Jesus website and quite a few people had recommended your Law of One series which in turn, she recommended to me. I started with that and have worked my way through virtually every playlist you have, and have just now made it to this one. Man, I could have used this about two years ago. It probably would have saved me a lot of grief. I literally came undone after reading a book by Richard Dawkins. It was like being hit by a truck. Just a big ole dose of facts about the Christian church, the bible, etc. You could have peeled me off the ground for months. It messed up my immune system and my whole body came out of alignment. I had to work my way back from it after my religious, "beliefs", got burnt to the ground. Thankfully I have found exactly what I was supposed to and my faith is stronger than ever, but built on the rock and not on the sand (religion). I've never experienced this kind of freedom. I have read articles like, "Putting Hell in the Handbasket", and I've read plenty of books (Eckhart Tolle, Eric Butterworth, etc) and I am really into epigenetics and nutrigenomics so being into energy work and spiritual practices is important to me, but nothing and no one else has brought it all together the way that you have. I knew my lense needed to be changed and although I made a lot of headway by doing my own thing and seeing Jesus and his teachings through a metaphysical perspective, you have brought it into fullness for me. You are waking people up to the freedom they already have, but don't know and that is wonderful! I have cried happy tears through this entire playlist so far because now there is a place that I can point people to when they want to know more instead of recommending a library of books for them to probably say, "No thank you, that's not for me, to (pun intended)"
This is kingdom work! 👏 LOVE IT!

I'm so glad that you have covered this. I grew up in a very 'fundamentalist' type of belief and although I held to it, aspects of it just never resonated with me and I lived this life long battle of resistance bc of it, constantly questioning which cut into my degree of faith making me feel disconnected & lost.
My transition came from my own painful awakening before I even knew what 'mysticism' was or that it was or could be Christian.
Once the connection was made, the pieces seemed to simply fall into place and I've never felt so connected to everything & so much spiritual peace within myself.
It's hard sometimes tho, especially in the beginning, to be so quickly judged by others of fundamentalism who accuse me of false beliefs or demonic practices, quick to condemn...
I've prayed on it quite a bit, scared I was going down a dangerous path but instead of finding confirmation in that, it's been quite the opposite lending to an increased sense of inner peace and satiation.
    Thank you!

About a yr into it I realized that what I was getting from Jesus teachings was not what I was getting from chrurch.. as I would try to explain to my fellow Christians my understanding they would just look at me crazy or blow me off. U do an excellent job of explaining and expounding my understanding. Wish I could explain it as well to others. I want to share your work with my kids but the occasional cursing still disturbs me a lil. So many preachers out there looking for reasons to call us heretics because they dont understand it and the cursing doesnt help. I'm not God so I cant be dogmatic and say cursing is good or bad or right or wrong. I only know it feels negative. It doesnt feel right just like fundamental Christianity doesnt feel right. After reading many books on mysticism and philosophy, after listening to gurus, swamis, and traveling the world, it was only until I met the wise Bodhisattva, otherwise known as Huachuma, or San Pedro cactus, who has taught me how to live in the Kingdom of Heaven. It has been a long apprenticeship. But it is true what Blake said, "If the doors of perception were cleansed every thing would appear to man as it is: Infinite." This is one kind of mysticism, one path of living with nature, and deep contemplation, which allows one to see clearly and know, through direct experience, that the wondrous beauty of Christ consciousness is realer than real. I love books and concepts. But for me, this is the way, the truth, the life.

I enjoy your work and analysis of spirituality holistically. Mysticism exists in all religions and outside the constraints of religion. It goes beyond any fundamentalist belief system. Although I am not a Christian, I have been familiar with Christ Consciousness for years and find it amazing and sad that so many Christians have no idea what it is. I find that most Christians in my experience worship the Bible and without it have no concept or idea as to how to connect with God or Source. Keep up the good work. Your teaching are much needed to help people, regardless of their religion to realize that there is so much more to one's connection to Source that any book or the rules of fundamental religions can offer.

If you fear someone dying, like in my case I was so scared of loosing my grandma and she passed away. Did l attract this? It happened exactly how I feared, in the hospital and she suffered alot :(. But is it so that I attracted the thing I feared the most or judged in fear the most? is it true that you can attract the thing you fear the most, like god forbid someones passing... I would love a conversation about this. It would be very helpful. Thank you.

I'm so intrigued by this video. Thanks for posting this!!
I grew up in a Christian home, grew up in abuse until age 17, came out at the age of 18, and then my Mom died a few years later. After a lot of interesting events occurring, I didn't even know if I believed in God (I was 22). After about 8 months of wondering and wanting to end my own life, God intervened in a way that I never thought was possible and I was by myself in my apartment at the time.
I then started going back to church about a year and a half later. It was needed to come back to my foundation, but I started finding myself drained by going to church...and I actually felt LED AWAY from church. After seeking mentorship from my mentors of a couple years (who are also Christians), they told me, "We don't go to church, either. It's okay if you don't".
I believe that Jesus was a real person and the traditional doctrine mentioned in the Bible, but I don't believe in "church" the way that we do here in the West, especially when it becomes more of a social club of self-fulfillment.
I'm intrigued to learn more. Thanks again, Aaron!

Another AWESOME video...It is fantastic being able to come to a place where I can actually be fed. I live in Alabama and have pretty much been shunned by ALL of my friends because I don't believe as they do...so I don't really have anyone I can discuss my walk with and I certainly don't have a church I can attend. I was actually told I was being led by the devil and they I needed spiritual discernment.

I posted this on the main comment page, but when I saw your comment I just had to paste this here for you: "Please know if you wish to take a mystic path, you will be cut off and cut out by mainstream hive mentality as an initiation. It will happen naturally, nothing you need to do but devote yourself to the way. This is a gift in the end but can be a painful time if you were tied into a church or even a philosophical view point among a group of peers. If you are already in the midst of loneliness as a wayward sheep...rejoice. He who has ears let him hear."

Aaron, I surely hope and pray that your parents did not shun you, or, if they did that they have reconciled. Otherwise, they are missing a once-in-this-lifetime opportunity to grow and expand...and they are throwing away the opportunity (you) that you all planned together before you came. And that would be a devastating mistake on their part.

Aaron that is wonderful to know...and I am very glad they are so supportive! I’ve thought about that often while watching your videos as you’ve spoken of your very religious background.

Aaron, my parents also understood my separation, once my brothers and I explained what it meant for us. We had to go through a lot of forgiving one another, but I can honestly say that leaving our religion brought love into our family. Mom and Papa still are in the church that my brothers and I left, and apparently that church has improved in its views (great for the current generation, I guess). But for the first time, in decades of being in church and afraid to disobey and displease our parents, we have an understanding of unconditional love. Keep doing your videos - I’ve just shared your channel to my entire crew of fellow former churchmates (who are my childhood friends), and we are finding so much through your work.

Aaron Abke for a Joe Rogan podcast! ❤ Edit: The fundamentalist line of thinking of Christ is that Jesus was THE son of God, but the mystical interpretation is that his STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS was what God was referring to, and NOT his person!

I've come completely around to the other side of "trumpeting" about mysticism. It needs to be seen as a common experience, so let's just say what we are. 💚 Western culture is pretty unique in all this ego-tripping over spiritual growth, and even humility is used by the ego as a show. I've grown so sick of seeing it that I am happy to declare with confidence: I know exactly who & what I am.
