I keep going back and forth on whether it would be better for me to focus on the inner work and attracting to me the life that I want through visualization, feeling, etc. Or if I should make the effort to go out and try to do things and then by being out doing things and talking to people and having a good time that would create that higher level of vibration and give me more exposure to different opportunities that would get me there more quickly. But on the other hand, that also exposes me to things that are going to upset me and lower my vibration.

About 5 weeks ago, I requested to my higher self that they integrate into me, walk in my shoes, get into 100% flow with life. Then this waking bliss state came over me, like a deep contentment and everything in slight slow motion. It has never left. I guess my higher self integrated ! Thank you for sharing the knowledge of how to ask for this as it is life changing. No anxiety, no stress, even though I was immersed in a stressful work environment.

I understand this. You have to first "pretend" to sleep in order to fall asleep. My confusion arises when I practice compassion and empathy. Alan Watts talks about inferior and superior virtue. I want to be good, and loving and compassionate. And under this awareness, I do behave and act more compassionately than I usually would unconsciously. Am I then correct in cultivating compassion by consciously being compassionate, or I am practising inferior virtue by trying to be more compassionate
I saw this video and bookmarked it for later. Then later in meditation, I found myself naturally coming to the thought "I need to better understand Karma. I have too much fear towards it." Divine timing. Also, I will be writing a letter to Veritas. Thank you for bringing it up instead of just ignoring it and focusing on "lighter matters." Excellent video!

Thank you, Aaron, for the reminder that all reality begins in thought. I often allow myself to become so fearful and worried about my future (being chronically ill and on disability is an unstable and uncomfortable way to live physically speaking) that I believe I manifest negative outcomes or, at the very least, create a negative headspace for myself on the daily. I believe there's 2 things I must do to change this. 1. Focus on helping others with their needs and less on my own, while practicing gratitude for all that is good in my life. 2. Prayer for the ability to feel Love of God surrounding me always in order to remove the fear and doubts.
Your life is precious, though it is difficult. You are the creator though you feel powerless. You are love even within the shadows of fear. You are light, shining brighter than all others despite the hindrances others can’t perceive.

13X60 says that there are no universal laws, that any law is a human construct. As for the law of cause & effect, he says that it's based on what we choose to believe. For example, if you believe that you are not fit for a job you're applying for, most likely that you won't get the job because of your belief.

I will listen to this before my meditation / visualisation as a reminder that if things are not happening is because of doubt and fears. I very much appreciate your intuition Aaron. I have watched your videos for years (and much of the time in no particular order). You sometimes suggest videos should be watched in a certain order, but in fact, the information you present has a core stem that brings your viewers right up to speed. It is a remarkable gift to teach a lesson that always feels like the first one. I wish to say that during this video I was confronted by something you said, which in my spiritual understandings, walks a very thin line in regards to authenticity: smiling when unhappy. Your video points out, that by “smiling” that this is a way to reach happiness by having the body manifest the appearance of happiness so it can later be felt again for real? I hope I’m getting that right. Kind of like, fake it until you make it? I do understand that smiling everywhere you go will create an upbeat response to those who want to be near happiness. Even harmonics of the voice are different when spoken through a smile. This is something that businesses tell workers to do in customer service. I worked with many in that field who took antidepressants and smiled unnaturally, and I’m not one to know if they were authentic or unauthentic (because the job told them to do this). As a person going on a spiritual odyssey within the realm of the creator’s mind, I can’t quite understand this principle of smiling to attract happiness while at the same time masking my authentic self. I do believe this is perhaps the first time I’ve questioned a principle you’ve put forth in your videos. If I portrayed an emotion I didn’t have, it’d be unauthentic because I’m suppressing my true state. I also understand that this is a very long haul in regards to past lives and meaningful choices to let my life evolve as it is meant to, when it is time and when it is ready. I also understand that each of your videos is not just an embodiment of your christ projection but also a rich performance that you deeply care about. I do understand you need to smile to get your message out and I’m sure you’re well aware of conundrums this extracts. Also: if anyone has a problem with what I’m noticing and wishes this comment to reflect on Aaron positively or has somehow misunderstood the concept he proposed, I’ll happily amend this comment. Last year at this time I was going to catholic school to become catholic. I had already went down the protestant road and I didn't like them, and then I had my conversation with the priest who was to baptize me and I asked him how he felt regarding Gods Law, or universal law. He actually got defensive. So I never returned to that. Now I'm being taught what I only could imagine what was already right. This is amazing.
I have never been able to pick a religion and still find people want to label ; then you must be aetheist or a buddist or a witch. Makes me laugh. What Aaron explains is what I knew I was looking for my whole life.

Now I'm totally over that, I think the anxiety of it came from the fact that it really made no sense. Judge judy once said, if it doesn't make sense it's not true. And I believe that's true. This was one of the most illuminating spiritual videos for me, and Aaron explains it so well with hands-on examples. The concept of us creating our own reality reminded me of the book "Quantum jumps" by Cynthia Sue Larson (sorry if name is misspelled).
Such an incredible break-down Aaron, thanks so much. To build on what you shared, I'm hoping you could help me with a challenging concept I've been playing with. In my understanding, the law of cause and effect describes, in addition to what you shared in this video, the 'source' and 'outcome' of a particular moment. To expand on that, every moment's 'why' / effect, has a source / 'cause'...it didn't happen at random and out of thin air, and was a result of that which came before (both thought and action). Expanding this even further, translates into a continual knock-on cause and effect symphony of energy, producing a 'flow' of the universe, the Dao, whereby every 'effect' is then a cause for a follow-on effect, and so on...something we as individuals don't have control over (the idea of letting go). This law plays out as a foundational element to the unfolding of both the spiritual realms and intrinsically-linked physical universe, and taking an almost 'deterministic' philosophy of the unfolding of all things as the by-product of how they began, or how things arrived to that moment...the past either influencing or dictating the present moment. This now leads me to my question, of where do the laws of Cause and Effect, as well as Free Will (polarisation), cross over or influence one another? So grateful for everything you do Aaron, so my thanks to you in advance.
I’ve been all over the map of consciousness. From 20-700 I’ve been everything in between and I have not noticed a difference in manifesting. Nothing manifests in my life unless I literally go and make it happen with my own hands. I’ve tried for years doing it by thought and energy, but life passed me by and Nothing changed except my internal state. I been trying 2019. I’ve tried all approaches. I could go on about all the info I learned and time I spent, also how I maintained high states of energy for months at a time and still nothing. I’ve healed so much and the only difference is the inside. The outside world has not changed one bit. I notice other people in my life can be negative all day long and get what they want because they’re doing the correct actions. I’m probably not manifesting “correctly” right now, but there has been times of my life where I was doing it “correctly” and I felt great and more alive then I do now but I don’t get why the outside didn’t change at all. I spent more time than what is healthy on manifestation. If I could go back I would’ve focused on something else because I wasted years of my life trying to manifest things. Maybe it will change someday, idk if it’s me specially, but I don’t see anyone else ever manifest anything. I do agree with what Aaron is saying, and I’ve been watching him since 2019. I’m just saying my truth. The things I’ve tried manifesting are vast. At first it was all ego desires, wanting to have a nice house, car, money, etc. that didn’t manifest. After all that then I tried the true heart desires and even those didn’t manifest. Part of me thinks there’s a way to turn it around but I’ve lost the inspiration and desire I had for manifesting
Exactly! Thoughts and feelings combined with "DOING the correct actions"-- "literally go and make it happen with [your] own hands". “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” (Mark 11:24)
Just want to clarify that my reply was based solely on what my intellect knows to be true, not on any actual personal experience (I haven't quite gotten there yet ... but baby steps, right? 😬😉)
Yeah...this is exactly the case for me. Been studying spirituality for years now and have seen very little results. Ive come into more acceptance of it recently but for awhile my ego was so frustrated with my manifestation skills not working. There are many hidden factors involving forces outside our control. The univsere has a greater plan. The unfoldment of our reality will always make little sense to us because we cant see whats happening in the realms above us that are carefully orchestrating everything behind the scenes. The problem isnt that we have yet to manifest our desires but the impatience, irritability and frustration we feel towards ourslves during this time. This can make it more difficult for us to fully surrender our control to the universe. Start focusing on your heart and no matter what happens or doesnt happen, keep trusting the divine forces guiding you. Its not that we're doing something wrong, its that we're carrying expectations, worry, fear, distrust, as we're stepping into unknown territory. If its taking long to manifest its likely because the universe is taking you through multiple tests to see if youre trully ready for this change. Why? Because if we're not able to fully receive that change from a pure loving, trusting place, we'll have never learned anything. Thus, the cycle continues. Its much more convoluted than we initially think. Now, why is it easier for others to manifest? They must be doing something right...well, my understanding is that theyre able to manifest because they're creating from the same level so to speak, meaning, theyre not growing or evolving, just creating more of the same thing (but a different variation of it).
Last week I wrote in my journal I intend to start learning the law of one, and immediately this channel appears.

13X60 says that there are no universal laws, that any law is a human construct. As for the law of cause & effect, he says that it's based on what we choose to believe. For example, if you believe that you are not fit for a job you're applying for, most likely that you won't get the job because of your belief.
This is great, Aaron! You made it so simple, it's hard not to start manifesting. I will listen to this before my meditation / visualisation as a reminder that if things are not happening is because of doubt and fears.

Yep, he advised agaist It. In his lectures he only charged for the place, salaries of people taking the phone for bookings and so. He said he had made enough money with his clínic practice.
I very much appreciate your intuition Aaron. I have watched your videos for years (and much of the time in no particular order). You sometimes suggest videos should be watched in a certain order, but in fact, the information you present has a core stem that brings your viewers right up to speed. It is a remarkable gift to teach a lesson that always feels like the first one. I wish to say that during this video I was confronted by something you said, which in my spiritual understandings, walks a very thin line in regards to authenticity: smiling when unhappy. Your video points out, that by “smiling” that this is a way to reach happiness by having the body manifest the appearance of happiness so it can later be felt again for real? I hope I’m getting that right. Kind of like, fake it until you make it? I do understand that smiling everywhere you go will create an upbeat response to those who want to be near happiness. Even harmonics of the voice are different when spoken through a smile. This is something that businesses tell workers to do in customer service. I worked with many in that field who took antidepressants and smiled unnaturally, and I’m not one to know if they were authentic or unauthentic (because the job told them to do this). As a person going on a spiritual odyssey within the realm of the creator’s mind, I can’t quite understand this principle of smiling to attract happiness while at the same time masking my authentic self. I do believe this is perhaps the first time I’ve questioned a principle you’ve put forth in your videos. If I portrayed an emotion I didn’t have, it’d be unauthentic because I’m suppressing my true state. I also understand that this is a very long haul in regards to past lives and meaningful choices to let my life evolve as it is meant to, when it is time and when it is ready. I also understand that each of your videos is not just an embodiment of your christ projection but also a rich performance that you deeply care about. I do understand you need to smile to get your message out and I’m sure you’re well aware of conundrums this extracts.
Also: if anyone has a problem with what I’m noticing and wishes this comment to reflect on Aaron positively or has somehow misunderstood the concept he proposed, I’ll happily amend this comment. Namaste.

Last year at this time I was going to catholic school to become catholic. I had already went down the protestant road and I didn't like them, and then I had my conversation with the priest who was to baptize me and I asked him how he felt regarding Gods Law, or universal law. He actually got defensive. So I never returned to that. Now I'm being taught what I only could imagine what was already right. This is amazing.
I have never been able to pick a religion and still find people want to label ; then you must be aetheist or a buddist or a witch. Makes me laugh. What Aaron explains is what I knew I was looking for my whole life.

Now I'm totally over that, I think the anxiety of it came from the fact that it really made no sense. Judge judy once said, if it doesn't make sense it's not true. And I believe that's true. Such an incredible break-down Aaron, thanks so much. To build on what you shared, I'm hoping you could help me with a challenging concept I've been playing with. In my understanding, the law of cause and effect describes, in addition to what you shared in this video, the 'source' and 'outcome' of a particular moment. To expand on that, every moment's 'why' / effect, has a source / 'cause'...it didn't happen at random and out of thin air, and was a result of that which came before (both thought and action). Expanding this even further, translates into a continual knock-on cause and effect symphony of energy, producing a 'flow' of the universe, the Dao, whereby every 'effect' is then a cause for a follow-on effect, and so on...something we as individuals don't have control over (the idea of letting go). This law plays out as a foundational element to the unfolding of both the spiritual realms and intrinsically-linked physical universe, and taking an almost 'deterministic' philosophy of the unfolding of all things as the by-product of how they began, or how things arrived to that moment...the past either influencing or dictating the present moment. This now leads me to my question, of where do the laws of Cause and Effect, as well as Free Will (polarisation), cross over or influence one another? So grateful for everything you do Aaron, so my thanks to you in advance.
I’ve been all over the map of consciousness. From 20-700 I’ve been everything in between and I have not noticed a difference in manifesting. Nothing manifests in my life unless I literally go and make it happen with my own hands. I’ve tried for years doing it by thought and energy, but life passed me by and Nothing changed except my internal state. I been trying 2019. I’ve tried all approaches. I could go on about all the info I learned and time I spent, also how I maintained high states of energy for months at a time and still nothing. I’ve healed so much and the only difference is the inside. The outside world has not changed one bit. I notice other people in my life can be negative all day long and get what they want because they’re doing the correct actions. I’m probably not manifesting “correctly” right now, but there has been times of my life where I was doing it “correctly” and I felt great and more alive then I do now but I don’t get why the outside didn’t change at all. I spent more time than what is healthy on manifestation. If I could go back I would’ve focused on something else because I wasted years of my life trying to manifest things. Maybe it will change someday, idk if it’s me specially, but I don’t see anyone else ever manifest anything. I do agree with what Aaron is saying, and I’ve been watching him since 2019. I’m just saying my truth. The things I’ve tried manifesting are vast. At first it was all ego desires, wanting to have a nice house, car, money, etc. that didn’t manifest. After all that then I tried the true heart desires and even those didn’t manifest. Part of me thinks there’s a way to turn it around but I’ve lost the inspiration and desire I had for manifesting

Just want to clarify that my reply was based solely on what my intellect knows to be true, not on any actual personal experience (I haven't quite gotten there yet ... but baby steps, right? 😬😉)
Yeah...this is exactly the case for me. Been studying spirituality for years now and have seen very little results. Ive come into more acceptance of it recently but for awhile my ego was so frustrated with my manifestation skills not working.
There are many hidden factors involving forces outside our control. The univsere has a greater plan. The unfoldment of our reality will always make little sense to us because we cant see whats happening in the realms above us that are carefully orchestrating everything behind the scenes. The problem isnt that we have yet to manifest our desires but the impatience, irritability and frustration we feel towards ourslves during this time. This can make it more difficult for us to fully surrender our control to the universe. Start focusing on your heart and no matter what happens or doesnt happen, keep trusting the divine forces guiding you.
Its not that we're doing something wrong, its that we're carrying expectations, worry, fear, distrust, as we're stepping into unknown territory. If its taking long to manifest its likely because the universe is taking you through multiple tests to see if youre trully ready for this change. Why? Because if we're not able to fully receive that change from a pure loving, trusting place, we'll have never learned anything. Thus, the cycle continues. Its much more convoluted than we initially think. Now, why is it easier for others to manifest? They must be doing something right...well, my understanding is that theyre able to manifest because they're creating from the same level so to speak, meaning, theyre not growing or evolving, just creating more of the same thing (but a different variation of it).
