    I have a frozen / arthritic right shoulder (10 years) very difficult a lot of pain, I improvise.

    Behind my right shoulder the bone shows abnormally raising not the same level with my left shoulder. What exercise would normalise in the same level with left side?

    Isn’t there any shoulder exercises for someone who cannot lay on the floor, I cannot get down on the floor and certainly couldn’t get back up, yet suffer with two painful shoulders, so frustrating!

    I get bad headache from when I wear a baseball hat or lay my back of my head on hard pillows. Any idea what is causing this ?

    Ah well, you lost me at "lie down on the floor" (difficult for me) and "on your front"...(bust gets in the way, not comfortable, sadly, ) ah well, back to the drawing board then. I need seated or standing exercises.
