1. you can’t touch the ball twice in a row 2. if you block, it doesn’t count as touching 3. you can’t touch the antenna (if you look closely over the net, there’s a little antenna) you also can’t play the ball out of the antenna or else the ball is out
You can do more "Hard rules" for begginers, for example, "block touch + pass, is that possible?" and then show them many ways that is possible and many ways that is not

I mean there's a rule not to touch the ball twice, what if I touch the ball but my teammate touched the ball too but passed it to me again?

That was literally the first example in this video. He shows you can't double touch, and then he shows you can if the first touch is a block.

Pretty sure you can't touch the ball twice even after it hits the net LMAO. That is only allowed if the ball hits the blocker.
You can hit it if it hits the net and bounces back to you.

That’s because it is a block, and a block isn’t considered a hit so you can elevate it.
