    I appreciate the intensity ! Some other pregnancy workouts are slower which is nice but I like to break a sweat once in a while

    Loved the exercises! But definitely needed a 10 second break in between each exercise to adjust myself. I couldn’t get through the 30 seconds each time.

    love these exercises! I am definitely going to be sore tomorrow! I will say though, I could have used some transition time, especially going from squats to all fours. But, pausing worked just fine :)

      Hi Kristin, I definitely keep that in mind! I included pauses in the pregnancy pilates workout so maybe give that a try! I'll also upload some more workouts with pauses. Thanks for the feedback, really appreciate it!

    Amazing quick booty workout! If you dont wanna lose that booty during pregnancy doing this 4-5 times a week is ideal... also remember to stretch before and after 🎉❤

    Cool set! I believe in leg pulse is better keep spine straight (not look forward as it hurts neck) and also not working with lower back (only booty should work - spine straight/neutral).

    I try to everyday do this one followed by your 18min pilates workout folowed by your 10 min strechtingvideo ... after that i can do what ever i want ..yoga, walking or another workout ..or working in the house .. or relaxing ;) it really makes me feel good, after it all, in my mind and body .. i cant do my tabata no more ..my body wont let me .. and i have to listen to my body ... eventough i am only 17weeks pregnant ... keep on going Miss Sally and thank you 💋

    I stumbled on your video and loved it!! Ive been trying to conceive so they prohibit me from cycling but it left me feeling groggy and out of shape. This helps a lot. Made me sweat too. 😊😊

    Nice workout but I’m struggling with my hip locking with the side moves on the mat. Any tips?

      Hi Emily, your hip flexor might be tight! I recommend doing stretches for your hip flexor. Maybe that will help! There is a stretching video as well as pelvic floor pregnancy video on my channel that includes some exercises but you can also simply search for 'stretches for hip flexor'.       I would not suggest to aim for weight loss during pregnancy. If you are during this postpartum / you are not pregnant, you can do this workout to support weight loss.

      Manchen wird schwindelig, wenn sie auf dem Rücken liegen im dritten Trimester. Wenn das bei dir nicht der Fall ist, kannst du das workout ruhig machen :)!

      Building glute muscles should help you reduce fat. However, it's important to add cardio training as well. Check my channel for more workouts

    How many calories are burned after this workout? (I try to walk every day from 30 minutes to 1 hour but when it's rainy outside or cold or I just don't feel like I want to go out..I love to workout with you here! So easy and quick program! Thank you)

      Dear Celine, it totally depends because every body is different but I would say approximately 150 calories. But don't forget the afterburn effect! You also burn calories after the workout. All the best to you!
