Hi and thanks for the comment … Ive done a vid and a.few write ups on lamping and we are definitely looking at bringing youngsters into shooting. With the hunting series being based around thermal and night vision and sponsored by Thomas Jacks the emphasis is on day/night optics
Hi Mike, sorry you weren't a fan of this one! "Airgun Hunting" is the name of the series, and if you read the description of this video, it does clearly outline the content. If you take a look at the Airgun Hunting playlist there are loads of great active hunting videos in there... this is just one video in an ongoing series with Mick so I do hope you find some that you enjoy more. Thanks for watching and for your comment.
Hi billy and thanks for watching … never give up on trying for those permissions … I can remember all too well coming home after a day of fruitless permission chasing
Hi Mick. Some very good tips there. The thermal is a game changer nowadays nothing can hide. I generally hunt rabbits using an HMR or My Maverick fac22. Do you use fac for your rabbit hunts or sub 12 ? or both. Anyway good stuff Mick have a lovely Christmas 🍻
Hi Johnny … too right it’s a game changer … for professional and efficient pest control it’s a must … I do use 17hmr myself but usually sub12 and fac air and 22LR when the time is right
GREAT TIPS, SURREY
Another fantastic, cinematic video!
I’m enjoying these.
I do like to include some of the beautiful surroundings … it’s part of the day or night out … so thanks for appreciating

This is titled a hunting video, it is not. It's an infomercial with a few bits of hunting at the end. We call it "bait and switch" in USA.

What is the knife your using for rabbits.
Hi Dennis … it’s the zebrawood from RWS … great knife and has kept a great sharp edge
Thermal thermal thermal thermal 😆- I made the mistake of borrowing one then having to give it back
I know this story very well … I daren’t think of how much I’ve spent on thermal over the years
Using a thermal is spotting, it is not hunting.
Hi and thanks for this interesting comment .. if you could expand on it please
