Good suggestion. Stop putting " No Parking " signs. Replace them with " Park at your own Risk " signs instead. Any damage to the cars will be charged to the driver. He cannot complain to the LGU , MMDA or the PNP.

This is not in defence of those who break the law, but a lot of times people don't know what the law is. Besides, all societies in the world need law enforcement of some sort. Please do not assume that the Philippines should be able to get by without law enforcement. That would even be less of the case in countries like the United States or the United Kingdom, where criminals are MUCH WORSE The reason that crime is reduced in these countries, besides encouraging order and law-abidingness among people from when they are very young up to adulthood, is that law enforcement is really the backbone of executing order in their societies. When crime happens, you see what kinds of things criminals in those countries are willing to do.

Easiest solution for this is to park at a nearby mall or any establishment with lots of parking space, and then just commute to your real destination.
