    I see you are just starting your TH-cam journey. I started mine over a year ago, mine is slowly going but I will get there hopefully. I have health problems that slow me down. I will try your pickle recipe, it's much shorter than mine. Keep up the good work! Cathy.

    if you dont add a noak leaf or horseradish leaf to your jars they will absolutely be slimy and soft if you do this!

    Isn't the pickle crisp stuff bad for you? I keep hearing not to used it. What's your thoughts?

      I have never heard of that till you asked, so I had to look it up. I will say you don't have to use it and in the past when I made pickles without it they were very soft. So I started adding it and I love the crunch and texture of the pickles.
