This is goodbye reminds me so much of the moment I decided I had to return to the US from Kyrgyzstan to try and help my dad recoup after his heart attack. The image burned into my mind is of my wife of 18 years staring at me as I walk through the gate at Manas airport with tears in her eyes. The story is long, the pain has lasted so much longer.

This is incredibly overwhelming stuff. I've been a fan for some years now but this performance - which I had never seen before today - blew me away. I almost lost my mind in Big Black Coat when Matt added those interesting harmonics to the already somewhat adventurous harmonies. I'm annoyed at how I don't really know how he's doing some of this - I couldn't repeat it. I'm so glad their creativity isn't waning...but why would it? This isn't a perfectly packaged/manufactured pop combo - it's the actual songwriters who we're looking at here. And, Delius, they are the sexiest guys in the world! That said, it's interesting the camera still tended to favour the drummer, despite the fact that Jeremy and Matt are (I'm guessing) the force behind composing/improvising the music. I'm getting side-tracked. The music was tremendous. Amazing. More please!
Definitive version of Big Black Coat for sure...I can't even go back to the album version after hearing this one. Glad I finally saw these guys live when they were in SF on their tour, they also played this live.
The drummer is performing perfectly, as well as, the other members are in syngamy.
I'm glad someone else feels the same way I do about this music 💖🙏
I saw them live in Athens in June of 2009 they were magical!!!

I like the volume mix of the vocals. It makes the music more dreamy and make the vocals feel more like an instrument than a human singing.
Especially in Count souvenirs, it sounds so dreamy

I love Junior Boys with my life.
Watching dance music live is much more exciting than looking at some teenager pressing buttons to trigger loops. These guys are at the cutting edge of a new era where bands can produce butt-shaking-foot-stompingly great tunes live. I expect a lot of imitators in the future, and if we're lucky, perhaps, even some band that takes the Junior Boys- type formula to the next level.

Can I ask why their older live performance videos were deleted? Count Souvenirs and The Resevoir? Those were some of my favorite live videos.
Vocals are lost in the mix, synths too loud most of the time. Still interesting to see those old gems in a live version!
