Think you need to be fast enough to use your monster engine to hurt the others after 100mins of hard aerobic competition…. 28:45mins 10km depending on the weather? All the best!
Love the vlogs bro, one thing I haven't seen any details of is gym work. Do you guys do any gym strength and conditioning training or is that power/strength needs met with your regular sessions?
What was the pace during that running session in the fields ? Seems crazy fast to me, and christian didn’t even look tired ! Must be one benefit of having a 95 vo2max 😊
They all train hard, but it does not work for everyone. The right genes and being super smart with training is key. Also be able to be just as disciplined at recovery, sleep and have all the details dialed is a lot of work.
