Coach, we don’t understand. Gustav has death in Family, is sad, feels underpowered and out of shape. And he looks puffy. So the solution? Let’s send him to high altitude camps where w less oxy body under constant stress? And where this champion can get his butt kicked every day by Kristian? Why sd he not be on a beach at sea level in the sun and eating protein and sleeping? Gustav, you are a champion. Time now to stop worrying and stop this concern over time and Paris. Of course you are going to come back, in top shape! That’s not even a q for someone like you. Of course. These bad times are exactly what you excel in, you do fine with them, b c when they end, and they will, that will make a gold medal all the sweeter. Of course you are going to be great again, come on! Coach, why not w all these stellar numbers Kristian keeps going at altitude? Hard but not too hard. He has a peak many months away, in July.
THey yrobably the closest monitored athletes in the world when it comes to health and performance metrics (more or less) so you must sit on some interesting data there.
Physiological monitoring for sure. If “The Norwegian Method” pays adequate attention to mental health protocols, great. I just haven’t seen or heard much mention of it.
Are you trying get a job or what? Those two are world class athletes with multiple achievements each, GI has recently lost his mom, got injured and is trying now to do a transition from Ironman to olympic distance never done before at this level. Who are you Mrs. Nobody?@@Rovingkiwi0516
I love the Norwegians. Such a breath of fresh air.
thanks for the insides, hopefully see gustav back on track
This is so damn good
Where on earth does this great attitude come from? Maybe altitude got you guys hard. Love this - more please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Came for the training and banter between Kristian and Gustav, but stayed for the postcard 🤣

Big kudos to editor again🤓
They are so energetic lol
Love the vid ❤
So motivating for everybody that has a bit of a belly and still wants to ride fast :D
When I'm interpreting the notebook screen right, it was measured a ~96 ml/kg VO2Max on Kristian - holy shit!
This so good you two talking and climbing to funny
We are eager to see both Kris and Gustav at #Paris2024
How do you reduce the amount of heat produced when training?
Does anybody know what saddle Gustav uses?
Is this post card up for sale? 😅
Why don't they do or show strength training as well as fast short intervarals for running?
I'm afraid that you achieved greatness in tri some time ago;)
😂😂😂😂 awesome video and intro
So Iden and Blu are just Ironman „Champions“ not „World Champs“? Weird Intro

Gustav, how is your sleep. That’s when body repairs itself
How is your vit D
Big blu is harder than goggins
No wonder! Goggins use brute force and willpower. These guys have a lab.
You know you are doing well when the equipment struggles to keep up with your power output.
I see one burnt out athlete and the other athlete hurtling towards burnout. I hope these spectacular athletes are getting all the care they deserve.
Really

@@Rovingkiwi0516 where is your evidence that their mental health is at risk of burnout?
They have a total lack of charisma, they scramble for nothing.
