12:02 It's mainly about the increase in CO2 levels, not the decrease in oxygen levels. So it's not the same as the altitude effect where the air is thinner and hence there is less oxygen (because of lower pressure).

Do you take food enzymes before every meal? I find that I can take up probably double of everything by having correct acidity in my stomach together with food dissolving enzyme complex. Keep up the good work! Also.... Roman military used cucumber to get the best hydration.

I have been following you and Gustav over the last couple of years and there is something that is hard for me to understand/believe: you pay sooo much attention to certain details, like your race suit and some training indicators (lactate, etc.) but what about your NUTRITION Kristian ? I hope I am missing something, as you are sharing baguette snacks (full of gluten and simple carbohydrates), Nutella on white bread for breakfast, etc. ! What about a nutrient rich nutrition plan for optimized recovery and performance? At this world-class level, an optimized diet is paramount ! Would you be opened to some suggestions? Also could you share about your recovery tools? I cannot believe that you are only using sleep, hydration and massages. What about magnetic field therapy which is super easy to use and travel with? Normally content creators have started to just jump into the video for 30 seconds or so, to make people see what it is all about. To "catch" them. Otherwise they will often times click away because they see an intro, where they wanted to see "action".
