As many of you noticed, we didn’t instruct you to disconnect the positive and negative battery terminals to disconnect the battery, this is our bad. After you try to start the car and let it die make sure you disconnect the battery.
After install, did you notice any fluctuating rpms? Or a slight change in shifting? (Low rpms, high speeds, long shift time etc) either im going crazy but I never noticed this before. I’m waiting for a base tune to be revised but I’m assuming the obvious that not running a official tune is the cause of all this
No codes, worked great! Who is your tuner and where did you get the manifold? You may be able to call VMP if you got it from them and have them help, my tune is from VMP.

I’m looking on their website and I can’t find it. I think they stopped getting them ported since the difference in power was probably not substantial enough. I’d call them to check if I were you.

Hiws the partial throttle compared to the stock intake from 2k-4.5k? Any loss or no. I'm sure its less loss than a 350 intake. Can't really show that on a dyno.
What’s up guys! Great video! I have the exact same setup from VMP on my 16 GT. The only difference is that I’m still getting an IMRC engine error code. I’m still working with VMP to try and figure it out. My next set is lockouts. Have you had any issues with your setup?
Cars & Couches I did my vacuum setup twice, once with the existing factory hoses and the second time with new hoses. I have my vacuum routing just like you have it on your video. As far as the harness goes, all I know is that it’s hooked up properly but not sure if they are defective from VMP. At this point it has turned out to be a three month trouble shooting project. Wish me luck with the lockouts, I’ll keep you updated.

Cobra jet is going to be a better manifold. But the 18 mani is a lot cheaper to set up and is easier to set up with forced induction. Also it fits under the hood without having to get a new hood or engine mounting.
So it allows you to not have to lock the IMRC's out, not more power just drives smoother on a daily basis based on my knowledge. It's been a long time since I installed it so things may be slightly different now, VMP would be able to better answer that question.
Just what’s in the description of the video. I’d watch the video as well before you begin the install we talk about some things you might want to know. I don’t remember off hand but I wanted to make you aware.

They did not make those wires if they did it's because funny thing I spoke to someone and With Vmp and told them about a company called hell horse and they make dog harnesses I believe I'm the one who told them about the harnesses

Machine Head I don’t have part numbers but if you go to the auto store you can ask for 3/8 vacuum or fuel line hose they’ll know what to get you. I put the needed items in the descriptions. They didn’t have part numbers on them.
I wish I was, that would have made for an interesting video. People did that and it doesn’t yield as much as a ported 18 manifold. That’s why I bought the ported 18.
Jorge Carlos Uribe Ramos This kit may not be a direct fit but I’ve seen 18 manifolds installed on 2011-2014 Coyote’s so it’s definitely possible. I got my kit from VMP Performance, I’m sure you could call them and they can set you up with a kit for your car. You will need a new tune and I believe you’ll gain at least 20 Whp.

Did you throw any codes with the IMRCs still active? I have my tuner trying to help figure it out but I'm getting a P2005 code.

I’m trying to install an auto mafia 2018 ported intake manifold on to a 2016 mustang Gt, any advice? Current mechanic is not willing to install.
Take your time, be willing to take a whole day. My video should explain what you need to do.

I couldn’t really feel any loss in that range but definitely less than a 350 would be. Car felt good overall, intake was worth it imo.

How did you get the bolts out of the manifold after it snapped to replace the one to snap I’m having a similar issue
We bought a kit from the auto store but I tried pushing it and unscrewing with my finger and that worked so the kit remained unopened. 😂
Did the 16 throttle fit on the 18 ? Thinking about doing this but not sure what all I’d have to upgrade in order to fit ?
Yep I didn’t have to get a new throttle body.
Did any hoses/lines need to be cut or did you just extend the current lines?

Barely any if any at all. But mine came ported and it was the same price as non ported at the time so I got the ported one.

Scott Leighton Worth every penny, you really feel that the power curve change and it pulls much better in the high rpm range. I got 28 whp from it.

Yes if you have an 18 manifold, gt350 or CJ on a 15-17 car you will need 47 lb injectors to run e85.
Where did you get the hoses?
O’Reilly’s I put the needed hoses in the description I also re-used the factory hose that runs through the manifold, I show it in the video.
