Hello, good evening, I've been watching your videos for a while now and the truth is that they are super super informative, I like the explanation of each thing and the details and tips really seem great to me, I have learned a lot of things from your videos, keep sharing videos where you make calls to brokers to reserve a load and how to negotiate them, I'm sure you help a lot of people, I wish you much success in your business 👍
Very useful video, thank you so much. I have a question. If I am a dispatcher and I engage a carrier with me to work and he just got the new authority to work, so how can I convince the broker to work with me, and how I can get the references for my carrier to show to the broker
What is a realistic expectation in regards to how much profit I can make off each truck I am dispatching for per week? Is making $500 per week per truck I am dispatching for a realistic goal or is that aiming too high?
Very useful video. Thank you so much. One question. When you start the company, after your first truck, if you couldn't get the broker right away on the same day when truck is ready, we have to convince the truck to wait a few days. Right? or the truck will go with their current dispatcher until you find them a load?
Drivers will not wait. They are loosing by waiting. You have to do your best to find that driver the next load before they unload the current. Best practice is to start to look 2-3 days ahead of their delivery.
