Ingredients:
1 chicken cavity
8 chicken feet
2 cups papaya
1/3 cup lily bulb
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup black eyed peas
3 dried figs
2 dried scallop
1 small piece of dried tangerine peel
10 cups of water
Salt to taste
*Blanch chicken cavity & feet with water & 2 ginger slices before use
