Hi, I'm Japanese. Actually in this country, population continues to decline and suffer from deflation spiral for 25 years. Our salary level is lower than 30 years ago. Last years(for one year) number of suicides are more than the cumulative number of covid-19 deads for 2 years. More people commit suicide even if doctors did their very best to save the covid-19 patients and people in a disaster. Society where children can't give birth so much and many suicides. There is no future like that country. Our country is not the land of rising sun, just the land of setting sun. Your comment is what is called ''The grass is always greener on the other side.''

I have two nephews and two grandnephews and one niece living in Japan and I have not been able to talk with them because we speak different languages since their father passed away 7 years ago. My heart aches every time I think of them - helplessness me. Japanese people are strong, smart, and resilient. It's the Covid that hurts us all. I believe in Japanese people's strength and determination are second to none.
If Yuka san was an actress, she would be what they call in acting a scene-stealer by inadvertently outshining the other performers with just her smile alone. Chitose san was great in the interview. Awesome videos. Thank you for sharing them.
I feel like you should let them speak Japanese even if they can speak English because they explain things a lot faster and a lot more when they speak there mother tongue. I don't mind reading subtitles if the content is better.
Especially since JP Explorer is quite fluent in Japanese. He's way more fluent in Japanese than Chitose san or Tera chan are in English. You can almost hear the gears grinding in their heads as they struggle to translate on the fly.
I feel like since you had the Geisha, Yuka san didn't have enough camera and conversation time maybe do a solo ride with her next time love this series, keep it up

as an online English tutor working at a Japanese company. My experience teaching and conversing with the Japanese always end up being friendly and wholesome. Thats the reason why I love my job even though a lot of them are very busy. I was watching these videos so I can get to understand more of their culture and the people. I also noticed that the route used is different from before, some of the buildings' architecture look more ancient/traditional. Overall a nice twist from previous presentation. Congratulations!!!

[COUGH!] ....fake geisha. "Asakusa Furisode" was started in the 1990s by local merchants to provide geisha-like entertainment to tourists on the cheap. Apparently they are trained to do the tea ceremony, to dance like a geisha (with musical accompaniment of CD player rather than more expensive live musicians), etc.. Imitation geisha.
I like these Rickshaw tours. We not only see the sites from a perspective of rider we actually can see how wonderful interactions can be with Japanese people as well. Everyone seems so polite,friendly and just plain wholesome in many of these in this series so far. I wish these women and men much, much success in all that they do.

Really an interesting ride, learned new facts about Japanese culture and their people, loved it! However, a Rickshaw ride with Yuka-Sam as MC it's a must, I noticed she was enjoying the conversation of you two but politely she did not interrupted it, seems to me Yuka-Sam is a sweet well manner young lady and to top it of pretty!
