    Love the drone shots at beginning and end. Nice touch. Got to give that school of fish lure a try!

    I've NEVER seen them use a dodger....they use FLASHERS, in Canada. Except slowly for pink salmon (in saltwater, I'm talking about).

    no matter how good these videos look I know better than to trust an edited film..... I don't think I could ever bear to pay a person to take me fishing :(

      Then unfortunately you won't have as good of fishing (catching) as the rest of us will.

    How many meters of water are you in?

    • @Bigfishfun333
      @Bigfishfun333 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Normally around 190 feet for bottomfish, and 300' offshore for salmon, but near the kelp bed can be great for salmon as well (especially real early in the day).

      you sure? the first guys had some fly rods... the Oregon Tackle folks had an actually trolling rod with a standard reel
      looks like a lamiglass carbon fiber handle but silver colored...
      i really like the green and gray look, maybe its a custom rod

      @@240SSONLY Those weren't fly rods. Those were 10ft 6 trolling rods that are popular on Vancouver Island Canada. In Canada the mooching reels are more popular then the level wind/ling counter reels. They are usually paired with long 10'6 rods. The reels are also referred to as "knuckle busters" because they can hurt your fingers if you don't know how to use them.

    one of the major problems with our fish going away is the greed of the fishing charter guides and the guides themselves................its time they took a long hard look at their personal greed........as you are fishing yourselves right out of business.........good luck with your greed
