I've found that most, experienced artists are like magicians in that they do not divulge their process. This was very transparent and helpful. Thank you
Thank you so much Daniel for your take on the brushes you like to use. I'm with you on the filberts and in particular those made with golden Taklon. Its lovely to see the Goldfinch being painted as a demonstration of the strokes you use. Look forward to seeing more from you soon 😃😃
Wow, thank you so much for all these tips on painting birds. I'm going to start painting many different kinds of birds and your help is very much appreciated
Just wow! Thank you for sharing this information with us. I'm just starting and have a bunch of brushes (probably for nothing). I could watch you for hours. So beautiful!!
I paint wildlife and pets in watercolor but am on the verge of starting in oil or acrylic and this video was very helpful. Beautiful painting, great closeup shots and good explanations. Thank you!
WOW! Stupendous, gorgeous painting thank you so much. So glad I found you as I love to draw birds but have never painted one. What an inspiration this was.
thank you so much . I never use does type of paintbrushes, I just start painting animals. Awesome detailing and you explaining so well that we can understand it.
Amazing. I'm trying to do a couple of small bird paintings and while you make it look so easy, you have a gift. That being said, I don't intend to give up and I appreciate the tips. Beautiful work.
🙏🙏👏👏very useful tips . Absolutely marvellous work. 🎩 hats off to your creativity and experiment with the brush. A true artist in all the sense indeed 🎉🎉🎉
Great video. While I realize it was about the brushes and how they work for feathers, I kept wondering about your background. That bokeh effect is pretty cool. Did you draw circles and paint them in, or just paint them on thin? Thanks

Are you using oil or acrylic?
Great video What Acrylic brand of paint did you use? And surface do you use?
Thank you , I’m using a gesso primed wooden board and the sennelier abstract range of paints for this piece
@@StudioWildlife Was it a shop brought already gessoed board i.e Ampersand Gessobord or did you gesso a wooden panel yourself?
Great video. While I realize it was about the brushes and how they work for feathers, I kept wondering about your background. That bokeh effect is pretty cool. Did you draw circles and paint them in, or just paint them on thin? Thanks
I use an airbrush to create the bokeh effect, I do have another video showing the process for the background
