Great overview of the Ryker Rally. I would highly recommend at least a day of instruction on any 3WMC to develop some skills that you my not even consider in a car. The Rykers and the Spyders are not motorcycles, but neither are they cars. They require their own skill sets that while not complex can save your neck in tricky situations. Interesting review, thanks for doing it.
I purchased a 2022 900 ace in May and I love it! Thanks again for the videos, they were helpful. I do agree that the ease of operation could lead to some having premature confidence. I was looking at the Rally version as well, but the only appealing aspect was the suspension. A lot of people say it's night and day difference to the standard 900, so I'll look into the cost. Being 6'2" and 270, the 900 definitely has enough power to get going, but I agree with the seat becomes more annoying the longer one rides. Have you had any experience with the Solo Driver Comfort Seat? I know it's a good bit bigger, but would you know if it is more comfortable than the 900 standard stock counterpart?
Anything will be more comfortable than the stock seat. Bigger the better. What is equally important is the kind of pants you were. Jeans or any casual clothes offer no padding whereas motorcycle pants quite often do making longer rides more comfortable.
