This video is great, love pie and mash my local when i lived in east/greater london was Roys Pies. Amazing. I wasnt keen on liquor but i like mushy peas (im a northerner) so i went for a takeaway, took it home and added peas and gravy on mine, much to the disgust of my wife and mother inlaw. My 100% cockney riddled fatherinlaw who loved traditional pie and mash also got a taste for peas and gravy along with his liquor. He and my mother in-law both loved the jellied eals. My wife and myself both think they are dirty b@stard things! Theres not really any pie and mash shops about up north where we moved to, but we still have oie and mash pretty regularly. Pie and mash shops are pretty much a southern thing, but pie and mash is pretty much a nirthern staple aswell. Infact, every partof the British isles has their own take on pie and mash.
I will say, that those AI generated videos you used are nightmare fuel. Not as bad as some of the AI videos on youtube however.

Well. I admit. The AI fill clips.. few are pretty freaky 😂 try doing edits late night on a narrowboat rocking in storms of Manchester with em! 😂😂 pie and mash def a London thing. Least as we see here. Fades, but still clinging on!

Manze is usually pronounced 'Man-zee'...not 'Mans" as at start of your film, but you correct it later on...!

      And London loved you.
Manze Tower Bridge road was the best I've had in a very long time. Superb.
Going to train there soon to pick up a large takeaway.

I was taken to a Pie & Mash shop in Greenwich by a friend who knew that there London… I like pies (I’m not a Wiganer) I like mash… but the liquor stuff was an acquired taste I think? 👀😂… I’m a Northerner… mushy peas all day long… but fab video 👍👏👏

@@ciah63 it’s just a parsley sauce. Some still use some eel cooked water, small bit. To be fair.. some sauces, are just not good as others!
