Very neat. Clever use of pathways for the multi-storey car parking and elevated walkway access to the stadium come gameday. Might want to switch out the dirt roads for something that doesn't generate dust but there may not be something in the vanilla/DLC roads that would suffice. I loved the bit where you completely buried the cars that had the temerity to park at the end of the stadium: leave car, visit stadium, come back to find a tree growing through it and behind a hedge! Nice parking lot with paths. Also, the park paths were a nice touch so nobody falls off. If you want to make the parking functional, search up "parking marker" or something like that in Find It! The "Parking Marker" is only used in the asset editor to set parking spaces, but you can use it in-game with Find It! This asset comes with the game so it is technically "vanilla"
All that detail and the cars are driving through the buildings!! I don't know how you accept that. Finessing my truck access to the stalls would have taken at least an hour 😄

All what you're doing is great and amazing and creative, but I'm confused when you used 2,3 even 4 layers of walking path beside each others and in the top of a regular roads, how come the game mechanism work right. I saw a lot of assets in top of each others and merging each others in no logical way. Esthetically it might be useful, but there is no since.
what mod is this you use to build on top of any object? because it is not possible to place streets, walkways, ..., within the buildings in the normal game, because the game prevents them.
You used normal paths and city park paths to build a custom garage, absolutely awesome!
