How about bad motor?

One way to indicate you have a bad motor is to open the door, hold down the door switch and have someone press the start button and by turning the drum manually see if it starts to turn by itself.

I did mention in the video that it was a washer. When I should’ve said it was a dryer. Thank you for letting me know..
