Im trying to diagnose why my slip and vdc light keeps coming on after 10mins of driving
Hey mate. Mine has 7 wires coming out of the plug 6 on the bottom and 1 on top. Perhaps the paid version includes those features compared to the free one. Based off personal experience when you get the slip and and vdc light it means that you have a faulty camshaft sensor. Just replace both. Supercheap auto can also scan your code.
When vdc, slip and check engine light come on, it's the camshaft sensor... When it's only slip and vdc,Check brake fluid and mine stopped coming on when I changed all brake pads.

no this can just read codes. the idle re-learn procedure may fix idle issues if its out of calibration
