    Thanks for sharing your journey!
My 2 cents having gone (and still going) through a similar kind of process. I think when you're in a midlife crisis it can seem like external factors are making you feel empty: not enjoying your work anymore, not enjoying the place you live anymore, not enjoying hobbies, friendships, relationships, etc... It can be easy to see these external factors as having somehow changed for the worse, pulling you down and causing a feeling of emptiness and lack of purpose or direction.
However, if you then follow the instinct to walk away from all those things, the feeling does not necessarily go away. What has changed isn't so much the external factors, things and people, getting worse and pulling you down (although that can definitely be part of the problem), but you yourself having changed on the inside to no longer feel whole, purposeful or fulfilled by those same things and people. Finding out who you have slowly been becoming and what and who that person finds fulfilling opens the door to figuring out what experiences to put in your life more. That can mean walking away from some things or some people, but mostly it means moving towards what makes you feel slices of wholeness. It's about changing your life to match who you've become, not changing your life to get back to who you used to be. In a way it is finding out how to be true to your new self.
At least, that's my sense of it now. Ask me again in a few years and I may have a better answer.

A very meaningful video. I've been following you for a long while on TH-cam, through your ups and downs, trials and tribulations, and appreciated your reflections. I may not always agree with how you live your life, but I truly respect your choices as you take full responsibility for them. One thing I agree with you: Happiness is not the end point or the goal, it's the journey; having the courage to live life the way you choose, with no regrets.

Expectations will lead you to greatness as well as leads you to depression.
Making mistake is just part of life. Life is never perfect. Moving on is the way to truely live a life.

Today is a new chapter for me. My mum passed on on 5 Jan 2025 and I have to let my helper go back home. I am 60 and living by myself. Life has been great so far. I try to keep myself healthy through regualr exercise, eating healthy food, prayers and meditation.
Upon reaching 60, I felt my body starting to slow down. My knees are not like they used to be. They ache more often than before. I have to be more careful. Other than that, I feel great. My spiritual life helpes me to stay sober and purposeful. Everyday I look forward to learn to sing a new spiritual song composed by my spiritual and meditation master. His songs are very mantric to me.
For me, the sole purpose of life is to grow spiritually, eventually reaching enlightenment. Every day is a step forward towards that lofty goal. Every meditation is peaceful. due to my good karma of self cultivation, my mum did not have to suffer much during her dying moments. She only had to stay in hosital for 35 days. It was a quick exit for her.
My duties towards my mum has completed. Now I am taking care of my own health and spiritual growth. Songs, meditation, youtube, trading, exercises are now my friends until the end.

@@stargazeronesixseven , Pls dun feel sorry. Death is not the end of all things. It is just the expiry of the temporary human body.
The human body, just like any living organism has an expiry date. When it is time to go, it’s time to go. What’s there to feel bad about?
We have to understand, where there is life, there will also be death. It's part and parsel. You cannot have one without the other. It’s impossible. We have to expect that death is imminent. Death is a reality of life.
Is death really so bad? To me, death is just a transition to another life. The soul has left the temporary human body to go to another place to rest.
It’s like the soul has left the living room and is now in the bedroom sleeping. It has worked for quite a few years and now it is taking some rest. soon, it will come back to the living room and live again.
My view on death is probably very different from most people because I study spirituality under an enlightened master.
I believed that my guru has taken my mum’s soul to a restful and peaceful place. He has that kind of ability.
You have no idea what I have experienced in my life. I have seen extraordinary things. I am not talking about ghosts or Gods. I am talking about miracles.
This material dimension that we are living is just the surface. Beneath this surface exist other realms beyond science.
Earth is just a school for our souls to come back to learn and grow. We can only graduate from this school if we pass our enlightenment examination. That takes many lifetimes of learning and growing. Those who learn fast will go to higher realms. those who learn slowly, will return back here to retake lessons over and over again and again. People who are spiritually awakened will grow much faster than others who are still sleeping, trapped in this massive network of temptation and sufferings.
Death may seems like a bad thing, but it is actually not. Your soul will be so happy to leave. You have no idea. I came to this conclusion many years ago after reading my master’s book of death and reincarnation.
The more spiritually awakened we are, the more peaceful we feel. This earth school is the only place in the whole universe for our souls to come back, according to my master Sri Chinmoy.
Please don't feel bad about death. Death at old age is a relief, not a tragic. When a person is able to live until old age, it’s a great blessing. Only if death is an accident, then it’s sad.
Honestly, I hope that all those bad people die faster. They are creating so much suffering in humanity.
We all have to die someday. Don't feel bad about it. When its’ time to let go, just let go. Don’t let them continue to suffer. You are not going to bring them back like before. It’s just a slow grind to the end. Don't let them suffer any longer. God will take good care of them.
Most people only have plan A, to live as long as possible. But I have plan B for my mum and myself. My Guru’s heavenly abode.
3 years ago, my mum dreamt of my guru coming to visit our homw. She has met him before, so she recognise his face.
2 weeks after that dream, I got covid. But being the sole care giver for my mum, I cannot be qualantined else where. So the authorities let me stay with her. Throughout my ordeal, we shared the same toilet, stayed in the same unit. I gave her medicine everyday and yet, nothing happened to her. All her PCR tests came out negative. I believed it was my Guru who came to protect her.
I have other miraclous experiences. I know I have an edge in life. I am not too worried about my mum’s passing. It was a big discount for her. She only needed to endure for 35 days. There are those who had to endure for months or even years. It was so quick. Before her fall on 30 Nov 2024, she was walking happily. It was only like 37 days to be exact. Quick exit, no hanky panky.
I prayed for God’s Will to be done unto her. Whatever God wants to do with her life, I was fine. If He wants to cure her, He will. If He wants to take her, just let it be. God knows what’s best for her more than me. So I just surrender her to God. And He did His thing.
Our sole purpose on earth is to become divine. We came from the mineral kingdom to animal kingdom and then to the human kingdom. Our next phase is the Divine kingdom. Just do your best while you still can. Don't waste anymore time. You never know what is going to happen tomorrow.

My mom and I are still thinking and praying for you! You remind me of a lifelong family friend, and I have always dropped tiny nuggets of wisdom so I do not come across as a pesky know-it-all.
Listening to your life coaching tips, you have spent time doing the same for clients and others around you. You have most of the answers, and you’re doing so much that seems to be perfect, yet the impact you leave and steps you take can border along the gray line between “look what I did and what I accomplished along the way” and “how did my way, words, and actions help others along their way?”
Apart from your friends or acquaintances, does anyone you know or meet miss you or remember you for very unplanned reasons? I ask myself this often to maintain my humility while living my life. I know education and career success are measurable, but the resulting effect on the rest of the world we encounter may not be easy to record. When you know you impacted those who were never clients or friends, you can rest a bit because they’re the ones who live stronger and wiser because of you. 😊 Those stories told about you may not cross your ears to uplift you in a down day.

      Me: “How is who doing?”
Mom: “Our dear Koala, of course! She reminds me of you a bit. Do check on her if you can!”
Me: “Um… well, that’s not how it works, but haha… I’ll see if she’s updated her TH-cam channel. We can watch and I’ll send her your regards!”

My advise as someone single and reaching my 50 soon, what more to lookout for is not mid life crisis but the silent of depression arises within it. Change your expectations is a way to overcome it.
I change to a new industry at the age of 30 but only to experience of losing all saving and in debt at mid 40s, it took me a year plus to restart everything after clear the debt. Learning from past mistake and change your mindset, making everything a little bit better every day (to me is looking at my bank acc increase bit by bit every month 😅) KFC successful at the age of 60s...
So long as you stay optimistic and positive, create dreams and goals so you will be motivated to move forward. 😊
May you have a great 2025! Cheers !

Always remember: “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.”
You’ve achieved so much, come so far, and you’re still so young. Take pride in the incredible person you are and everything you’ve accomplished up to now. Live in the present-it’s the most important moment of our lives.
I’ll be turning 24 in August, and I’ve been reflecting a lot. Right now, I’m studying for a public civil service exam here in Brazil, and I’m confident I’ll pass and secure the position. Still, sometimes I feel like I haven’t accomplished anything yet. I’m still unemployed, living with my parents, and it’s easy to feel like I’m “nobody” at times.
But I remind myself, everyone has their own timeline. Life is long, and there’s so much ahead of us. From here on out, we can keep working toward our goals and building the future we want ❤
