  • This Anti-Bullying Week, we honor the memory of Vijay Singh, a 13-year-old boy whose voice was silenced too soon. His story is a stark reminder of the devastating impact of bullying.
His final written words, a painful echo of what many still face today. But in his memory, we find strength to fight back and take a stand.
Let's unite and teach kindness, encourage resilience, and stand up for those who can't. Together, we can build a world where every child, like Vijay Singh, feels safe and valued.
Your voice can be the difference. Speak up, reach out, and be the change. 🗣️🤝

I was bullied a lot at school for the way I looked and it left permanent scars. However I never gave up and survived to the best of my ability. Today I am proud I stuck it out, so proud to be a Sikh, and to wear this great uniform blessed upon us by Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
If you're a kid getting bullied at school, speak to someone. You're never alone.

Pls Sikh parents and community members understand that we are not meant to be fat or weak or defenseless, we need to play sports, go to the gym, and learn how to fight. Nothings changed and racism is on an upheaval in the west. Sikhs need to take back control Gurdwaras from the SGPC and alll gurdwara “committee members” and take the initiative to start classes in gurdwaras. As the gurdwara should be a place of learning.
