Recently I lost my dad
My medicine stop working. I couldn’t stop being emotional, I stop the medication
Now I’m always angry
I listen to bani and go into Sangat, it calms me down but ones I get ignored or spoken load it gets me really angry and I can’t just switch off
After I feel bad for a little while but ones I’m poked I start again
How do I stop this anger 🙏🏽

Understand yourself. Understand your anger. Realize the implications of reacting with anger, decide that it’s not worth it. Also, you can’t get rid of it completely, so hone that anger, use it to your benefit whenever you want. Don’t let it work against you.
