This video just outlines my need to travel, not just to see famous historical places etc but to go just to a foreign supermarket and buy all of their snacks!!!
Mikey, the filling for the egg custard bun that you enjoyed is most likely the same coconut custard spread that is used for the popular "kaya toast" in Malaysia and Singapore ❤ Super good. They're known as kaya buns in Malaysian bakeries.
10:47 @strictlydumpling I believe that is called “foi thong” in Thai. It’s kinda like candied golden egg yolk threads. It’s super popular in Thai desserts and easily mistaken as coconut bc the texture is similar. I’m glad you liked it since it can be super sweet!
@@bluebrrybrain it was the Portuguese that introduce these egg threads to the Thai actually, so yeah they are indeed related, maybe some different ingredients but the concept is the same
For the “rad na” (the noodle with the gravy sauce), we usually put chili flakes / vinegar with slice of chili / sugar / fish sauce but not with the chili sauce.
I think the bottled carbonated beverages can’t be too slushy. Otherwise, it would explode upon opening. I wish 7 Elevens in the US had the hot food options that exists in Southeast Asia. Only have those sad looking taquitos, hot dogs, etc on the rat rollers.
The bottled beverages from the arctic machines need to be opened right away. most of the freezing happens when there is room for the ice to expand. Mike needed to drink it right away.
exactly what i said when i tried boat noodle chips for the first time too.. how in the world did they get potatoes chip to taste exactly like noodle soup. and you missed out on that spicy squid flavor mike. that was definitely my favorite flavor lays so much so i took 4 big bags home with me in my suitcase.
Man I wish I could join you, every video looks absolutely amazing and the food you show looks delicious. Great content and I hope I speak for everyone when I say I appreciate your honest reviews about when things aren't that great or when they're really good.
Really wish they would try to bridge the gap between 7-Elevens internationally so that we in the USA wouldn't have to have subpar food while everyone else gets great stuff! :( but thanks for showing us what it's like on the other side, Mikey.
@@Ramberta I dont think anything, I simply know, even the simplest of food items here in the US can be turned into a meal that would have me wanting to never try any foreign food again, but whatever you think browskie, lol, the average country in the world cant even make food taste good without MSG, how can that compare to the US? Fuq outta here
Enjoy ur self and safe travels to your next destination. God bless you always l wish we had those 7-11 here in USA especially those Lays chips are my favorite. Baltimore MD 😂🙏
that coke slushy thing is pretty cool, i asked my boss one time if something existed like a microwave that made things cold really fast? now i know my answer!
Everywhere Mike goes in the world the 7-11 levels are super Saiyan compared to our yamcha level 7-11 in the us I'm so very sad this place looks incredible
It's really crazy to think in just about every other country in the world besides the US all have significantly better 7/11's with better quality of food. But over here the food you get is pretty much what was pulled from behind a dumpster
That AG1 definitely seems to be working for you. You seem younger and vibrant than earlier. Only area is eyebag, maybe look into that separately. Otherwise you look healthier. I wish it was there in India.
7-ELEVEN may not have started in Thailand but they've certainly made it their own. Thai 7-ELEVEN is owned and operated by CP group and have expanded into neighboring countries like Laos and Cambodia.
Does anyone have a list of the 7/11 microwave timings. I buy meals to heat but they don't come with timings, only a preprogrammed button to heat in store.
AG1 is a whole lot cheaper?! That stuff is damn expensive compared to other brands/vitamins/etc. the like?! I would love if it was cheaper and made fiscally sense, but no
7-11 in Asian is owned by Taiwan's President's Choice and since 7-11 is a convenience store where one can do almost anything (pay utility bills, eat, have goods shipped to, send packages, buy phone cards, bus passes) 7-11 will also have the best of the best convenience foods that President Choice offers as well.....!
Mike! You should go to Lily's Life Restaurant in Coso moi ! She's an awesome expat who is married to a Thai man with beautiful babies and she's a chef from New Orleans!
This video just outlines my need to travel, not just to see famous historical places etc but to go just to a foreign supermarket and buy all of their snacks!!!
I really wish the 7-11s in the USA were like this!
Just think the UK doesn’t have a 7-11, best we have is subway or Poundland 😢
I do agree though more countries should have food like Asia ❤❤❤ xx
I do too…☹️. You’re more likely to get robbed or shanked in a 7-11 in the Is.
Says a lot about the general population of the US … US is doomed
Mee to not like this in Vermont state I wish it was!!
The same in Australia mate. Lousy here also!!

For the slushy, you usually have to shake it around and flip it upside down for it to become fully slush

Yep you are correct!!! Its on my favorite Thai dessert Khanom Bueng known as the Thai taco
it is. good call. :-)
it's also a big huge part of traditional Portuguese desserts! We call them "fios de ovos" which means egg threads. They might be related :)
@@bluebrrybrain
i'm relatively certain it was adapted from a portuguese dessert originally.
@@bluebrrybrain it was the Portuguese that introduce these egg threads to the Thai actually, so yeah they are indeed related, maybe some different ingredients but the concept is the same
Pad gra praw / pork basil stir-fry is definitely my most favorite frozen food from 7-11! Always been the first dish as soon as I landed. 😆
when I go to Thailand, I usually get it as well. Keep it in the freezer, when hungry late in the evening, warm it up, it is delicious.
For the “rad na” (the noodle with the gravy sauce), we usually put chili flakes / vinegar with slice of chili / sugar / fish sauce but not with the chili sauce.
This made me want to see you review the food on a Princess Cruise. Buffet, standard dining, poolside dining, and specialty restaurants. 🏝🚢
Wow that 7eleven looks amazing 🤩 so big with so much yummy and different kind of food and snacks
I think the bottled carbonated beverages can’t be too slushy. Otherwise, it would explode upon opening.

The hotdogs and hot wings are always dried out😂

The Sausage gravy lays they had in the US were spot on flavor wise.
Mike’s “it’s getting late”
Is code for, “I think I’m full”
I been to pattaya twice and drove past this 7-11, i'm going again in August and definitely stopping there this time!
It'd take a couple of weeks at three meals a day plus snaks to get through everything they have. Definitely on my "must-see" list.
I'm a new follower 😊I can't wait to see more food videos !
Hey mate just wanted to know that you are amazing keep up the amazing content Love from *Denmark*
Omfgggggg yessssssss! These are the best videos!!!! Thank you 🙏
Lol Pattaya "known for its vibrant night life" that's one way of describing it.
7-11 Pattaya looks good 😮 all food makes me hungry 🤤 😂! Thanks Mike for the recommendation 🎉👍
I wish we had more 7-Elevens like these in America cuz I like to go to the crane store and try all the different food all the time too
Man I wish I could join you, every video looks absolutely amazing and the food you show looks delicious. Great content and I hope I speak for everyone when I say I appreciate your honest reviews about when things aren't that great or when they're really good.
I love how in the last Thailand video I requested for Mike to go to pattaya and now he’s in pattaya
toupee and wonk eye looking good, Xing! 💪💪
Imagine someone from Thailand coming to America and seeing our 7-11s. 😳
as a person from thailand, i love usa 7-11s
Embarrassing.
@mayoboutique why?
The 7/11s in Hawaii are awesome! I miss them.
I’m going’s to Thailand in one month….can’t wait
i loved your video thanks for posting it
my mom loved watching your videos with me
the second hot dish is actually hor fun mikey

We have subpar food in the US? lol, that has got to be the biggest misinformation ever in history
@@gangstagummybear3432 ummmmm where do u live

Hey Mike awesome vid as alway's . I would've loved to see the pork knuckle though. If it was juicy and tender lol
Enjoy ur self and safe travels to your next destination. God bless you always l wish we had those 7-11 here in USA especially those Lays chips are my favorite. Baltimore MD 😂🙏
That looks amazing I don't know anywhere you can get dishes that cheap. Good especially at a 7-Eleven
I think you have to open the soda right after using the machine. Then the reaction of carbonation and cold does that slow freeze thing
Man, Mike can eat in a sitting what would get me through three days.
Had fun at soi 6 on new years eve 😍🍻
Oooo I wanna go! What a cool 711! I wanna try all those yummy foods!!! :D
Any video i watch of urs.. U just love every food u eat.. Not a single one u dont like.. U just choice the perfect one
MRE tech is everywhere these days. Now if the overseas 7-11s would take over the domestic ones the world would be a better place.
U make me want to go to thailand so bad for the food omg
that coke slushy thing is pretty cool, i asked my boss one time if something existed like a microwave that made things cold really fast? now i know my answer!
6:28 im sorry but where is the omelete? all i see is a sunny side up egg and a bunch of other stuff
One of the coolest and biggest 7-11 everything you need in that store is there
The coke slush thing had been around for a long time. I remember there was one at my work back in 2012.
Man, that 7-11 is leveled up!
yo I stop by this one every time i'm in pattaya! I always go at night so like never realized the building actually shaped like a yatch.
Everywhere Mike goes in the world the 7-11 levels are super Saiyan compared to our yamcha level 7-11 in the us I'm so very sad this place looks incredible
I been to Bangkok when I was a child I remember how beautiful it was can't wait to go back
That place looked really cool. 😀
7 11 international should sponsor you at this rate.
Comparing this 7 Eleven to the ones in the states. We live like peasants 😂
It's really crazy to think in just about every other country in the world besides the US all have significantly better 7/11's with better quality of food. But over here the food you get is pretty much what was pulled from behind a dumpster
Hey @Strictly Dumpling have you by chance been to the 7-11 in the Philippines yet? I’d love to know!
I have to tell my parents to go there once we get back for holidays thise year. 5 years apart from Thailand is rough.
He has remained humble. He hasnt changed.
Hey Mike.. Awesome, the best 7-11 ever. We definitely need this in the USA.. I wld stop here a lot.. Thanks for sharing this, Enjoy... ❤️😋🐞
This 7-11 looks more like a cafe than a convenience store 😂
But everything fast, cheap and convenient
I need to go back to Thailand and here! All the chips looks good!
I went to Pattaya last week, but missed this,
Love your channel mike!
The Thai rice is indeed delicious
We all know Mike didn't go all the way to pattaya for the 7-11 😂
Mikey how can you eat so much food!!!!! 😮 ❤
man asian stores are next level.. they're literally living in 2050 lol
How did I miss these videos so much
Mike downed at least two bottles of Coke here, despite his claims that he dislikes sweet stuff.
That AG1 definitely seems to be working for you. You seem younger and vibrant than earlier. Only area is eyebag, maybe look into that separately. Otherwise you look healthier. I wish it was there in India.
Mike... sunshine is getting stronger. You don't need capsuled vitamin D
I loved that intro song! DJ Mikey C!
7-ELEVEN may not have started in Thailand but they've certainly made it their own. Thai 7-ELEVEN is owned and operated by CP group and have expanded into neighboring countries like Laos and Cambodia.
Amazing how you can eat all of that food in one sitting 😅
I’m sitting in my car with no lunch today and decided to watch this 😅
I still remember having piles and piles of ketchup and chili sauce. I just collected them over the years because I never used that stuff on my pizza.
How do you get the AG1 just to taste it because it doesn't taste good I don't want to buy a whole thing and end up wasting it
He's just doing it for the $$$
Can't say for sure, but it might've helped if you shook the bottle of the Coke/Fanta first before "zapping" it, and removing the cap short thereafter.
We have frozen coke and fanta here in NZ. but it's so frozen and slushy you have to eat it with the spoon end of the straw.
that was some pretty raw bacon there....hope you were not sick..ty for another great video.
never get sick from 7-11 food in asia
Does anyone have a list of the 7/11 microwave timings. I buy meals to heat but they don't come with timings, only a preprogrammed button to heat in store.
Please show the prices as well.very nice video

Wow gotta try this World largest 711 breakfast looks absolutely tastilicious
IT AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGG
You eat more in one setting than I eat all week. Wow!
Ya it would be nice but the health department is very strict here in the states and probably cost them more here then the overseas stores
😂😂😂😂 yea, you aren't in EU or UK friend
Wouldn’t it be great to travel there with an empty suitcase and just bring back all the good chips and KitKats we are robbed of here in the US?
I do exactly that every year lol
long time fan of your channel. you opened my foodie eyes to a whole new foodie world. Thank you and please continue to keep up the good work friend.
Excited even though i havent watched but a min so far! Thanks for the content.
The closest thing I have near me to a 7/11 like this is WaWa's. I love a nice convience store/gas station lol
All those Lays potato chip flavors are amazing!
Shuper shoft and shpicy: 6:54
Shweet and shalty: 11:55
Shweet and shavoury: 12:00
I wish we had a shop like this in uk
U can freeze pop at home and make slushie.😊

Seriously? You really live up with expectation.., Just done my breakfast and you makes me hungry again hahaha😂❤ the cruise 7eleven are amazing😮❤
From an American with corner store 7-11s, this just blows my mind
