The shooter held the bag under their arm with the strap over their shoulder. this is typically how a women would hold their purse. This also lead them to believe it wasn't a male but a women who shot the victim.

The nickname is partly attributed to the firing power of the weapon, as one shot from the Model P would be enough to stop the fighting and make peace. I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2020. Once it started attacking my heart, causing heart failure, I went from managing a dispensary to assisted showers/drivers license revoked/fighting for disability within 6 months. It was neat hearing you explain it in the beginning THANK YOU as it's still very unknown and I've lost many friends/family to thinking "I'm faking it". I cant imagine just how much extra painful it was for that poor woman to try crawling away after being forced to the ground 😪. What a great (wrong word but you know what I mean) story. I was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1990. My dad was in the Air Force and literally a month after I was born they moved to Atlanta Georgia. So this is interesting. Kind of hits closer to home, at the same time, kind of not but I do feel a little bit different about the hearing this story than all the other ones.

Sounds as if Diane was love bombed by a narcissist and paid for it with her life, and she took another person's life, so horrible! She died only a few months after parole, and that may have been what influenced her parole, that she had a short prognosis. I have lupus and when I was first diagnosed no one around me knew/understood what it was which made it difficult. So it means a lot hearing someone with a large following mention it, thank you!

I have lupus as well. Were your eyes rolling as much as mine were about the dude using lupus as an excuse to not leave his wife?! As if she were frail. It was bs for so many reasons. We lupus fighters are warriors and not fragile! It was obviously made up anyway, he was just a wuss for not being willing to leave his wife and wanting to find a reason he thought was legit. It was just so lame of him.

My grandma was friends with Diane in high school. She was shocked when she heard this case.
Sounds as if Diane was love bombed by a narcissist and paid for it with her life, and she took another person's life, so horrible! She died only a few months after parole, and that may have been what influenced her parole, that she had a short prognosis. I'm not saying she did not deserve to be in prison, just saying that narcissists can influence gullible people
