- Today we take a look at syncreon Automotive (UK) Ltd, Minworth, Sutton Coldfield B76 9EH.
Upon arrival we notice an open gate which we ask a member of staff about.
This isn't recieved very well so they call for backup before the drone goes up.
We are then spoken to by the Big Boss who is also a Drone Flyer.

So she accuses DJ of harrassment and doesn't know the faintest about the meaning of harrassment. She absolutely cannot prevent someone flying a drone in accordance with CAA regulations. How can she take action against someone when she hasn't a clue who he is. Numpties the lot of them. Then she rings the police and lies to them and commits the offence of Wasting Police Time.
When she said to the police call handler “DJ Audits is here filming…” you know the response she got, boiled down to “tough, we wont be sending anyone.”
do not forget she said DJ was committing violence against her by taking her photo.

I cannot figure out some people's attitude to one person filming compared to hundreds of cameras everywhere doing just the same, including facial recognition applications, which is far more sinister than an auditor posting on TH-cam.

I used to work with ladies like this. They would call and say that there was someone across the street aiming a camera at the building (sometimes legacy media types) and they would ask me to go and get the images/recording deleted. I would laugh and ask how do they expect me to get images taken in public deleted? This was right outside the head quarters of our defense force, too (which was across the street to our building). These people have an entitlement issue, and no understanding of law or what it means to be in public.
You dealt with this situation incredibly well. Zero aggression. Assertive yes, but no aggression. And as for harassment? Whoa Buddy!

How can they make a load of false accusations that you are aggressive, then expect you to stop filming? They made filming this interaction absolutely imperative, an object record of everything said and done is especially important when dealing with people who conflate not obeying them with aggression.
All of these auditors are passive aggressive, theres a difference between a man who's aggressive and a man who acts passive agressive because hes a coward and thinks people wont give him a dig, some people will. The joel dude was good as gold and the auditor still wasnt happy, wanted an arguement
