Microscopic Colitis: Plot Twist?

After another visit to the GI Doc + some serious work with my registered dietician, I'm finally left to ponder -- do I even have microscopic colitis at all (let alone SIBO)? Some new treatment is coming that will test all of our assumptions, 20 months later!
Also I wish I could stop making these videos.
