Liz you have moved me to change my life for the better about one year ago. Two years ago I was severely depressed and suicidal so I was forcefully admitted to a psych ward. I left traumatized and brainwashed. Before that my father used to be violent both physically and emotionally to me until I stood up so much for myself and fought with everything I had. About two years ago I found my faith in Jesus and my life changed drastically, it’s a miracle. Only recently God has made it known to me that a demonic spirits were attached to me in that time frame of my severe depression. I cannot leave her, because she does need help and support from me. But she never appreciates my presence. I was struggling and crying at night. If I leave, she will be alone. What I could do is accept this situation and ignore as much as I can. But deep down I am in pain, and I always in my head that no one on this earth will welcome me and treasure my values. That affects my love life and my relationships, I can control my emotions at some point, but I don’t think I can hang on any longer.

It is the safest and smartest way to leave. I heard from a friend that my ex is in a deep hole with a drug problem since we broke up and I was about to contact him last night because I sort of blamed myself which my “friend” did too. He was so toxic and manipulative though. I was in a deep battle with myself last year struggling with body image and self worth because I told him my deepest insecurities when we were in a relationship and he used that against me in fights obviously. I am done with this chapter of my life and your video is kind of the closure for me. luckily, I moved to another country for now but still visit my hometown frequently where he also lives. He will come home and boom ur gone ur stuffs gone, I’ve done this myself. It is the safest and smartest way to leave. I’ve followed Liz for ages and she has been through her own stuff that I can highly relate to, I highly recommend her to anyone in their teen years struggling with finding themselves, self worth and self love. Liz, I’m so grateful you uploaded this at the right time for me. I heard from a friend that my ex is in a deep hole with a drug problem since we broke up and I was about to contact him last night because I sort of blamed myself which my “friend” did too. He was so toxic and manipulative though. I was in a deep battle with myself last year struggling with body image and self worth because I told him my deepest insecurities when we were in a relationship and he used that against me in fights obviously. I am done with this chapter of my life and your video is kind of the closure for me. luckily, I moved to another country for now but still visit my hometown frequently where he also lives. But I will never contact him again.

UGH YES! for a year straight I let my friends bully me constantly…I started believing what they said?! Like i seriously thought “maybe i am dumb..” when Im literally the smartest person I know???? If your parents/boyfriend/friends are constantly in your ear saying shit. Im very self obsessed and self loving but... a few times i look at other gorgeous people at school and wonder 'my goodness... they are soo beautiful and perfect' I remember.. a girl and she made me feel so soo insecure.. i hated it. I've had such a victim mentality in the past that I was fully endorsed in toxic relationships and I even prayed for my abusers and had a trauma bond with them that I didn't even know how it's called... Glad it's over and I can finally take a breath and move on!!!
