Like if we brought back a navy seal from 20 years ago back to life today. They would whoop ass compared to people today. He grew up in a time of hard core war and had to develop these skills.

@@josh2x226 This is pure hypothesis but i think the dead can't become Jinchuuriki and that to become one, an individual first needs a soul where the Bijuu can be sealed into. The loophole to this is that the Bijuu are always connected to the souls of their last Jinchuuriki even after the Jinchuuriki dies because of the plane of conciousness that Hogoromo made which connects all the Bijuus. So technically, despite being dead, the original souls of their last Jinchuuriki are technically still around so long as the Bijuu is still alive and the connection is only severed once the Bijuu is sealed into a new Jinchuuriki and a connection to a new human becomes active. Because we don't see any previous Jinchuuriki in that psychic plane, like Kushina and Shukaku's monk, we only see the ones who last held the Bijuu inside them.
This might also explain why the other half of Kurama wasn't able to communicate with his half that was sealed inside Minato. At least until Minato and Naruto touched. Might also explain why the half that was inside Minato wasn't able to communicate with the other Bijuu in their psychic plane. Since thechnically that half is supposedly gone since Minato died. But i think it had probably been reclaimed by Naruto when Minato's reanimation was sealed.
Except going by this logic, we shouldn't have been able to see Yagura if that was the case. Because we should have seen Rin instead since she was the last one to hold Isobu.

Not the strongest, they are generally one of the most powerful ninjas in their village yes but not the strongest. Kakashi was the 6th hokage yet he wasn't the strongest in the village (doesn't mean he wasn't strong, hell he was pretty fucking tough), what he did have was great intelect and to which allowed him to take that position. Ofc he let that go and let tsunade take care of shit lmao.

The leaders of the nations he's talking about Fire, Lighting. Water, Earth, Wind are called the "Daimyo" those are basically the presidents of their country. They're is villages within those countries.
Madara dying at the end was actually not the plan. The anime was doing so well, that the studio asked the mange creator to make it last longer, so a new villain had to be introduced. The original plan was for Madara to be the final villain.
So… the studio kinda ruined it?
they should have not killed madara and saved kaguya for later maybe by extending shippuden past 500 episodes i feel like it would work better for plot if they just did that

Basically he was one of the best shinobi and he was the one along with the 1st hokage Hashirama they made a peace pact and founded the village hidden in the leaves Konoha but then Madara discovered an old tablet of his clan which says that if he possesses both the rinnegan purple eyes they could summon a statue to absorb all the tailed beasts like the main character naruto with the 9 tails inside of him, so when he absorbs all of them he can summon a divine tree which has the power of an eye that reflects the moon and also when activating that jutsu with that eye you put everyone in a genjutsu(illuusion) world where they would be happy but because it's all fake they are fighting him also because that was a long time ago Madara figured he needed someone just like him to help him because he was old so he recruited by saving his life(Obito) and before he died he said to walk around with his name Madara so they can succeed in the mission of absorbing the tailed beasts and also after that to use the eyes to revive him but a non participant Kabuto discovers some secrets of his master that discovered and that was to bring the dead alive(reanimating them) but that would mean they can't be killed they can regenerate they have infinity chakra(energy they use to do jutsus) but Madara knew how to break Kabuto's control and madara became like the immortal infinity Chakra boss of himself but to do the things he wanted he had Obito use the power of the rinnegan eyes which is like god level eyes which hold the balance between life and death so they trade life for life Madara saved Obito so that Obito would return the favor. Madara is fighting just to fulfill the tablet's story and he thinks he is the protagonist or saviour of this world because this world is cruel and brings only pain

The Madara we see here is a “reanimation”. Meaning Madara died. They thought he’d been dead for hella long, but he really only recently died, as an old man. One of the antagonists of this war resurrected all the OG goats, but he experimented on Madera’s body, restoring him to his younger years AND hyping up his power.
Don’t get it twisted, though, he really is that gangsta even without upgrades. He lived during a time when ninjas didn’t go to school or have village affiliations. It was just to family vs every other family. Back when they still killed each other’s kids, just to create an emotional reaction in their ops, to catch them slipping. And he was the rival of the strongest of all them ninjas in that nasty era.
He went from being a resurrected ghost in Exhibit A, to being alive in Exhibit B, to being a demi-god in Exhibit C.
Also the fact that the reanimation jutsu makes you weaker than you were when alive

Power scaling in Naruto is not solely based on physical strength and hand-to-hand fighting capability, but also on jutsu capability. The way I see it, alive Madera might have been able to out-box edo-tensei Madera, but edo-tensei Madera possessed Hashirama cells and a pair of rinnegans that prime Madera didn’t. You trying to tell me, that adding the ability to regenerate limbs, fight indefinitely w/o food or water AND add the strongest dojutsu, in universe, won’t translate to consistent wins over the version of himself that could barely hang with Hashirama? If that was the case, Hashirama wouldn’t have lost to the edo because he didn’t to the prime.
@@APrime25 While they do have unlimited chakra, they can only use as much as they could when they were alive. This is shown when the reanimated Hokage had that one barrier up and Hashirama could only use a limited amount of clones (if it was truly unlimited chakra he could use as many clones as he wanted). Also Madara got much stronger after rinne-rebirth was cast on him even though he had no eyes at this point. He shows this by breaking the seal and just basically one-shotting everyone so he can go collect the tailed beasts. He then gets a single rinnegan back and then one-shots all of the tailed beasts with a single limbo clone.
He always had those powers, he got them before he actually died. Except he was old and frail when he finally got them plus he was exiled and in hiding so everyone thought he was dead and no one (except like, 2 people Obito and Black Zetsu) ever actually knew that he had those powers.
Ight so lemme explain.
The 5 kage are basically like mayors and presidents cause what they say goes for all villages. Their the strongest ninjas in the villages and are choose from their respective villages.

Answering these questions:
1. Madara is dead, was brought back using Edo Tensei (basically the caster has his soul takes over a living body). When he was alive, him and the First Hokage (Hashirama) were broken, even by their respective clan's status. After both founded the Hidden Leaf Village, Madara defected, fought Hashirama, died, but rewrote his death to bring himself back to life and stole Hashirama's DNA, transplanting it into him, which awakened his Rinnegan (upgrade to Sharingan). He then died again after setting up the plan to be reborn again with all these powers, but was not brought back the way he wanted initially, via Rinne Rebirth, cause he wanted to become the Ten Tails Jinchuriki. Kabuto, when bringing him back via Edo Tensei, gave him more of Hashirama's cells, further increasing his strength, not knowing he already had some of it. He already had most of the powers he showed (Susanoo, most likely could've solo'd an army without the boost, etc.), but the addition of Hashirama's cells gave him Wood Style jutsu (including the Wood Clones used), increased stamina/lifeforce/chakra, and the Rinnegan due to the combination of Hashirama's and Madara's chakras (that's a whole nother explanation that needs a video to explain).
2. The five Kages are the leaders of the five great nations (Fire, Water, Earth, Lightning, Wind). Hokage (Fire Kage, i.e., Tsunade in this fight and Naruto during the Boruto era) is just one of the five leaders.
Doesn't the person revived through the Edo Tensei have unlimited chakra?
@@lordvika2526 Yes and no. It's weird, as the body could only use what they physically are capable of, but their chakra will always replenish. Example is how Mu was not capable of Particle Style after he used his Fission technique to divide himself in half.

Madara was so strong when he came back because he was one of the strongest ninjas of his time and he is now a re-animated person so he has unlimited charka and so Obito the person who revived him was able to modify him to make him stronger.
Obito didn't modify his body, kabuto did.....he didn't even know madara was in kabuto possession until kabuto black mailed him into collaboration

You have no idea the shear amount of buildup this man if like me you watch episode after episode but if you were a weekly reader of the manga you’ll know and appreciate how long Madara was built up for, I admire the patience that Kishimoto Sensei had.
To put it into perspective Madara was introduced as a part of Naruto’s lure in Naruto chapter #175 during the first fight between Naruto and Sasuke at the Valley of the End when we see the great stone statues of Hishirama who’d been introduced by that point and Madara himself who was introduced properly in Naruto chapter #560 485 chapters later those chapters were released each week between July 4 2003 and November 7 2011 that’s 8 year’ 4 months and 3 days of buildup and in that people were throwing the man’s name around and for years Obito used the name as his own to solidify how powerful of entity Madara was
The power up he talked about was his rinnegan Madara got his rinnegan at his death bed like in a very old age so, Kabuto made sure that when Madara gets revive he could use his rinnegan even tho he was using his prime age body
So madara talks about kabuto knowing the secrets of his body, meaning he knows madara infused himself with hashirama cells giving him a power amp close to godly levels whilst already being close to a godly level himself having fought hashirama in the past to almost a stalemate.
I suggest you google hashirama cells because im not spending half an hour typing how they work and what they are, its just way to much information.
That in terms allows him to awaken his rinnegan like its absolutely nothing and give him healing powers whilst also being an edo tensei body which already means he's just a smart zombie that cant die with a regenerative body with healing powers on top of that.
Madara in the war arc is such literal cheats that the writer of the show had to start pulling off insane plot armor and some BS excuses to get him removed from the screen.
8:07 before he died he unlocked the rinnegan but Kabuto did tweak his body with 1rst hokages cells, which made him like 10 times stronger, plus he was in edo tensei which means any damage he takes grows back

obito (tobi is his alias) is a rouge ninja. that means he left his village at some point and is now against naruto and the hidden leaf. the only alteration that was made to madara was the fact he had the rinnegan right before he died, whereas now since hes been reanimated he had them in him prime essentially
Oh 6 paths Madera is after he absorbed all the power from each tailed beast and is really close to getting the entire power of the world, or how the world started with this power of Chakra blooming. Which is a whole other arc to this story, but the tailed beasts are the 9 major chuncks of it to reclaim, the rest are devided up to each living person in the naruto world.

So basically the pattern you always see, which I'm assuming is the red clouds on black cloaks, is for the Akatsuki, which become the main antagonists of the Naruto series after the time-skip and are a group of S-Rank rogue shinobi, who are incredibly dangerous shinobi that have deserted their villages, which is also why they're hitatae (the headbands you see everyone wearing) will have the village symbol slashed out.

8:08 The added jutsus are a result of the caster of the reanimation jutsu which basically brings back anyone from the dead and lets the caster control them. Kabuto most likely fiddled with Madaras body and made him even stronger. Even without the reanimation jutsu, Madara was a menace. Even mentioning his name was enough to scare a whole continent.

First, The reason why Madaras body was “upgraded” after death is cuz the reanimation jutsu basically brings mfs back to life and in this case Kabuto (the weird snake Dude) was able to make Madara come back with some secrets that nobody else knew about like his eyes that he only got right before death (the rinnegan aka those purple ringed eyes he got)
Second, At the time of Madara fightin the 5 Kage, Tsunade (The blonde girl who got stabbed in the fight [Name Pronounced: Soo-nah-day]) was the hokage. All the Kage are like the political leaders of the 5 big villages. Tsunade was the 5th Kage of the leaf village, and the Leaf villages Kage are called “Hokage” so this was before Naruto became Hokage
Basically about the powerups the thing is that right now he has been revived in his mid age , and when he was actually this young he didn't have the rinnegan. He awaked the rinnegan when he was really old and near death so he was revived during his mid age and he's wondering why he has the powers he had when he was old so it's not like it's a power up . It's all his own powers

Madara didn't get any "extra" powers from Kabuto. Madara died of old age, and he was "reanimated/revived" by Kabuto. Because of this he had infinite chakra and all his wounds would just heal over time. This applies to all reanimations though, not just him. Kabuto was just talkin that shit to hype himself up. All of Madara's skill, jutsu, and black airforce energy were his from the start 😎
But Didnt kabuto give hashirama cells to madara? Cus how else can he (madara) use wood style jutsu and regenerate so fast then?
Ps there was also the part where madara showed the face of hashirama on his chest as well which I'm pretty sure is either orochimaru or kabutos work

@@jamesnichols3366 he UNLOCKED Rinnegan right before he died. He figured out how and simply did it again. He gave them to Zetzu to implant into Nagato at birth. Remember, he told Obito when they first met his eyes were on loan.

Basically the Kage are the like the General and the President wrapped into one role. Getting that role though pretty much means you're most likely the strongest person in the village. Tsunade is the 5th, Naruto later becomes the 7th. "Hokage" is the title of the leader of the Leaf Village, where Naruto's from.
He got them just before he died of old age in his first life, kabuto brought him back he got all this powers plus a younger body (although even with improved reincarnation not that each undead guy is not entirely 100%)
Some of the characters have the power to resurrect the dead like zombies in that series but the zombies are fully aware of themselves. Madara was one of these until the resurrection
He was brought back by the reanimate on Jutsu by KABUTO. KABUTO recreated him with Hashirama cells(shinobi god). That’s how he was able to achieve the rinnegan.
Basically Madara when he was young had super good physical abilities but not as good jutsu/powers, but as he was old he got really good powers/jutsu but no physical strength to actually use it. So after he died, the villains resurrected my nigga so he got both the physical abilities of his young age and the overpowered jutsu of his old age so both of those combined he's the strongest character in Naruto at the time
Six Paths was the name who first had the Rinnegan purple eyes and the power of ten tails but he was a good guy and he split the ten tails into the statue and 9 tailed beasts so they don't get absorbed but basically when Madara absorbed the ten tails power it's just like Naruto's orange form but much more stronger
The Kage (Shadow) is the leader of a villages' military operations. There are 5 Great Nations, or Villages: The VIllage Hidden in the Leaves (Ho), Clouds (Rai), Sand (Kaze), Mist (Mizu) and Stone (Tshuci).
the 5 kage is the title given when all the kage of all the 5 great nations are togther so the hokage is the kage of the leaf the miszukage is the kage of the land of waves etc the term "5 kage" is just when all 5 of them are together
Long story short madara “Enhanced” Himself. Everyone thought he died but he survived using a time/space jutsu. Prior to his actual death of old age he realized he obtained greater power and set forth a plan for his resurrection after certain “events/step of his plan” takes effect. (The orange masked guy was his pawn/helper)
Kabuto thought he enhanced madara but madara already executed combining the power of the uchiha and senju clan within himself…hence the light purple eyes and the white hair transformation…

The guy who revived him, Kabuto, was a scientist basically screwing around with essentially reviving abilities from other great fighers woven into his undead body, including Madara's greatest rival from his time.
Kabuto is a scientist he perfected the reanimation Jutsu to give certain characters different attributes that they didn't have while they were alive
Madara actually didn't get changed by kabuto when he got reanimated from death which is why madara says "Don't get it twisted, this is not power of your creation". He just gained powers he just evolved his sharingan right in the middle of that fight.

The 5 Kage are the leaders of the 5 great Nations, the Hokage being one of them as the leader of Konoha, aka the village hidden in the leaves. Theres also the cloud village(darker skinned, bald, muscly af), stone village(small old man), sand village,(red hair with eye rings so bad you'd think it was eyeliner) and the mist village(woman wearing blue and red hair) with their respective leaders. Tsunade (the blonde woman who got impaled and walked it off) is the hokage at this time.

Soo before Madara died, he UNLOCKED his rinnegan but he couldn’t use them to their potential because he was already too old and at deaths gate.

The explanation on how Madara got those added things was at some point between the events of the start of naruto and after Hashirama and madaras fight madara bit off a piece of Hashiramas arm and made Hashirama cells and kabuto used these to enhance his reanimation and modifying it to where it wasn’t at the point of his death but at his peak and adding on the rinnegan to it practically making him a god
Madara is basically the 2nd most powerful ninja behind the 1st hokage (excluding the sage of Six paths) who died a long time ago, but a guy named Kabuto revived every great ninja and controls them. So madara is conscious, just not in control. He's also pimped out with power compared to how he was when he was alive. If Naruto wants to overcome the cycle of hatred in this final war, he will have to literally fight the past - including all the greatest ninja who ever lived.

Madara got resurrected through reanimation jutsu but kabuto was helping him unlock forms he didn’t have when we was originally alive he also gave Madara like his prime body. Because he died as a old ass man
nah all those he already had he was just upgraded in his body making it almost superhuman and he was brought back by a jutsu-edo tensei were it revives a shinobi or person from the place they had died or the jutsu user reanimated them and took them and put them in storage like a puppet basically and the jutsu user can control them or let them fight on their own but the order they are given is law and if they disobey they go back to being dead if i remember correctly
madara came back with the skills he had shown flat. the rinnegan was already achieved in madaras life but at a much later period when he was old and frail so kabuto brought back young madara body with all his latent abilities on top of giving him the powers of his greatest rival hashirama. so when madara came back as a edo tensei he not only possessed his ems sharingan which had him on par with hashirama he had his ems rinnegan and senju powers from hashirama.
its funny because madara could of won his original battle with hashirama if he had chosen too using izanagi or izanami he could of won the fight or converted hashriama to his side of thinking. at the cost of one eye. but madara chose to throw the fight to get dna from hashirama play dead and awaken his rinnegan and set the plans into motion that lead to the naruto series start. the man pretty much plays the whole world. when he could of instant resurrected when hashirama had 0 energy left and madara would of had full power minus one eye being used. but still would of had a full reset to fight a fully depleted hashirama who would of not been able to stop madara if he had taken the fight 100% serious to win instead of playing the long game like he did.

Someone probably explained this but how madara when he got reanimated was even stronger was basically his own design playing with DNA and putting it into himself to achieve these powers after the world assumed he was dead, then once obito (dude in the mask everyone thought was madara) was sufficiently brainwashed the real madara offed himself with the plan to start the war and get himself brought back, it was a big loop plan all on madaras part way before naruto was born
he was reanimated after his death. this is roughly 20 some years after his death

Madara died a long time ago. He was resurected by Kabuto. He got the new eye power right before he died. So somehow he was ressurected without the new eye power. But in that instance he awakened it again since he was already awakaned it before he died.
And you were asking about the 5 kage. Each village has a different leader called the kage and each village has a different name for the kage. the village Naruto is in it's called the HOkage, in another village it's called the raikage and so on. But all 5 village leaders together is called the kage
