Watching you guys experience TWD together and bonding over it, like we did is amazing, and with these videos I get to experience the magic of it for the first time again through you guys. Love this show. My late mother hates zombies, but she absolutely loved this show. We loved that it was always about the characters. It's my absolute favorite TV show ever !

Now that you've finished season 1, I should point out that the walkers don't run and aren't intelligent like that one guy using the rock to break the glass or jumping the fence is episode 2. The showrunner of Season 1 wanted them to have some sort of intelligence but you won't see that anymore so don't be confused.
So I don't think this counts as a spoiler but there is a deleted scene that occurs after episode 6 where the group goes back into Atlanta and they find that the Vatos Gang got wiped out alongside all the elderly people they cared for and it would later be confirmed by Robert Kirkman that everyone inside the Hospital is in fact dead but to this day we have no idea who did it.
You guys should jot down and save Jenner's statement to Rick after Rick says they are grateful for being released: "The Day Will Come When You Won't Be".

I love the whole premonition part of Jim digging the holes. The first season of the show feels like it almost has a supernatural side. The writers aren't afraid to have a character inexplicably digging graves, just for it to be the perfect amount they need for when they get attacked later. There's a lot of talk about beliefs, religion, and reality, especially in the first episode. I think it has some of the best dialogue from the whole show, and I'm glad they don't explore it much more.
I've been checking daily for the second walking dead video and I'm going to watch this as soon as I get home. Please keep posting this series to the channel and keep doing what you're doing. :)
I love experiencing reactions to this show. This is my favorite franchise, I love everything about this show and the spin offs. I was even an extra in season 4/5 and one of my friends was an extra in the last 3 seasons. Its such a journey and so much emotion throughout the series. Hello 👋 Another awesome video, 👍👍 Fun fact, it is Greg Nicotero (special effects and makeup master) that bites Amy, 👍 RIP Amy and all the rest lost this episode, 😪 Laurie Holden did an amazing job with Andrea’s character this episode, 👍😀👍 The Walkers were most likely to have been drawn towards the camp because of the car alarm, Shane’s gunning the jeep up the road, and then zeroed in on it when Daryl honked the horn when he was ready to leave to find Merle, if they had been smarter when they left Atlanta, they would have met Glenn and left the car on the highway just outside of the city, still not sure why they did not do that, considering Rick got lectured about noise and how Walkers were blocking the exit because of it, by Morales and Andrea when they first meet, 😏 When it comes to the part with Jim digging all those holes I understand the concern Dale showed considering the heat and sun sickness, but every time I am rewatching and Lori says your scaring the kids I have to laugh, the kids have no clue what is up until the adults make such a big deal about it, it could have been handled quietly by Dale and Shane without including anyone else until it was over, but that is just my personal opinion, 😏 It was only a guess that Merle took the truck, that was just a worst case scenario kind of thing. If you do not know, ayudame means ‘can you help me’, that is what Miguel was yelling to Felipe and Jorge (the ones that grabbed Glenn), 😀 A lot of people think the timeline is never stated, but most people just miss it, when we first see Dr. Jenner, he says that it has been 194 days since ‘WildFire’ was declared and 63 days since the disease abruptly went global, 🙂 So sad watching Andrea try to give Amy in death what she should have in life, especially on her birthday, now I personally would not have let my loved one suffer any longer than necessary and I definitely would not have wanted to see them turn, 😕😏 Between Shane trying to use what was between he and Lori to get her to help him change Ricks mind and then putting him in his crosshairs, I started to despise him, each time I watch this episode I have the urge to put him out of my misery, 😏😁😂 I have never been into the old zombie flicks, since they are more of a satanic rise from the dead kind of thing, whereas TWD is more believable since it is a virus/disease causing it kind of thing, especially for new watchers since experiencing Covid, 😏👍 I agree, Shane did think Rick was dead because he did not hear a heartbeat so he made the decision to not worry about his dead friends body due to all the chaos and honor him by trying to save Rick’s family, I believe he moved the gurney in front of the door so the dead/Walkers could not get to Ricks body, unfortunately the stress of the apocalypse and the bad head space he is in now since Ricks return, his thoughts have been on the evil side, especially attacking Lori like that, 😏 So sad Jacqui decided to stay, I was hoping they would give her more screen time, I felt Dr. Jenner would have been an asset also, 😏 RIP Jim, Jacqui, Dr. Jenner and all the camp extras, 😪 I kept waiting on Shane’s hot headed random shooting at the consoles to take out the one for the door, 😏 Have a safe and wonderful weekend, 👋😀👋

amy, jim,...so many unforgettable characters from the early days of the series! as for shane, it's strange how in the same episode they managed to show us both the best and the worst (until then!) of him. no coincidence for many season one is the best, although most of the later ones are great too!
Mann I love Shane but his actions in the cdc with Lori was unacceptable. Lori was wrong in the way she treated him after Rick came back and I get that put him over the edge emotionally and he may have acted out of character in that moment but what he did to Lori in that scene was unacceptable

This show was originally meant to be a miniseries, that's why the first season tells a complete story. The ending to this season is very dark, but atleast most of them got out alive, and chose to keep fighting. Remember what the doctor said about the french being the last ones to hold out, that will be important in the future

This show was originally meant to be a miniseries, that's why the first season tells a complete story. The ending to this season is very dark, but atleast most of them got out alive, and chose to keep fighting.
Remember what the doctor said about the french being the last ones to hold out, that will be important in the future
