    I remember watching Pauli working on the first iteration of the PPS suspension on his racing machine in Sweden between heats as he was trying to figure things out.

    Great video! How about taking off the side panels to give a look under hood and maybe a startup? Thx

    Great video! I got to look at a Lynx last spring but it was the long track model. I hope they start importing their 600 over next year. I’d love to ride one and try it out.

    Both my neighbor and I spring checked the 23 Rave RE. Can't wait, my first BRP product...coming off an Assault.

      It's going feel weird for you first, but when you get it, you are necer going back. Lynx is made for extremely bumby trails, and there it truly shines.

      How did you like both sleds? I am almost done with college and I'm between a lynx and an assault. I've never sat on a lynx and that is huge for me. Im 6'2 and worry the seat sits low and my knees will hit when I lean like on the ski-doo. I rode my uncles 23 XCR 850 and love the way I sit on it and the room I have to lean into corners. I just want an uncoupled skid very badly.

      @@jacobshinabarger9426 Ok, quickly: Get the Lynx (hands down). Unless you plan on doing about 40-50% of your riding off trail...the Lynx is the beast, it does everything extremely well. And everytime you pull the trigger the front end comes up, it goes over bumps like a motocross bike, or it will ride the trails in comfort...best sled I've ever owned.

      @@sethalos thanks for the reply! I'm a taller guy and I lean hard when I turn, is it an uncomfortable cockpit? I rode an 23 XCR and love the feel of it how it sits high cuz im 6'2 215lbs. I heard the lynx xterrain sits a bit higher than the rave but not sure if it really does. Luckily I have another year as I am almost done with college so I have time to research and maybe Lynx will upgrade to the gen5 chassis.

      @@jacobshinabarger9426 The Rave sits higher than my Assault, it's much more planted as well. My neighbor is 6'4" and he loves the rider position both standing and sitting, he even says the riser height is just perfect. Weight won't matter...these shocks are awesome. If you get a chance to give one a demo rip, do it...I mean my Assault was my fav sled for 4 years...I've been converted to Lynx. Next year they'll probably have the Gen 5 Rave...

    Colton....new XCR Matryx or Lynx RAVE RE ? You mentioned you rode all OEM's @ Snowshoot and the Lynx spiked your interest most for sharpest handling.

    How do you adjust sag for your weight? Is it all in the shocks?

    Hey Colton, curious, is your riser in line with the steering column? Or? Also what number is your bar positioned at? 0? or +1 or? I've got 1000 trail miles on my new Rave, and absolutely love it, coming from renegade XRS.

    • @Colt801
      @Colt801  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yes I keep my riser as in line to the steering post as possible and I run my bars at -1

    Good video its a nice sled but i will guarantee i could keep up to you on the rough trail with my 2020 XCR this is just my opinion but this sled or more for ditch banging not a long day on the trail and again its a very nice sled just not for me
