I did this in baked it in my Dutch oven, it's the only recipe among the millions on TH-cam that actually worked and came out like it should've, like in the video and I have big chunks, and I mean HUGE compact chunks!! Praise God! Thanks for sharing!
I tried it, it is the best recipe I’ve ever made. I‘m obsessed with this amazing granola and my family loves it too. Awesome, thanks for this heavenly treat.
I was looking for a ground oats granola recipe as I couldn't remember to search the keyword "cluster granola" and your video popped up. I got so excited, will be making this today.
Update: I commented on this video before but now this is the only recipe that I make and my other comment was only about 1 month ago! Lol! It's that good! Tip: if you like really big chunks of granola, then you could use a smaller pan🥘 to put in the oven.
OMG!! And WOW for the granola I've made it 3 times already in about a week we love it Thank you so much for this. I have graves disease and no gluten makes a huge difference.
Hi there! Yes, a Vitamix will work instead of a food processor, just be careful when pulsing, since the Vitamix is so much more powerful. You can always transfer the dry ingredients to a bowl after pulsing then stir in the wet ingredients by hand to prevent the granola from becoming too pulverized. Happy baking!
I would like to let you know that I have been making this over and over for over a month now, thank you for providing ideas with real food. Wishing you great success, the straightforwardness and ease of your recipes are underrated. I have a question, as time went by, not sure what I started doing wrong, but the granola bars would rehydrate somehow. I do amend ingredients from time to time, is there something to note out for in terms of the ratio of dry/wet ingredients? I might be overdoing it with the honey/oil (I use butter when I'm out of coconut oil)
Hi there, and thank you so much for your comments!! 💜 I'm wondering if the granola is softening due to the change in weather. If your kitchen is getting warmer or more humid as summer sets in, it could cause the granola to soften faster. You could try using "drier" dried fruits, such as currants and dried cranberries or cherries. Switching to maple syrup might also help. Please let me know know how it goes!!!
They can be stored for a couple of weeks! They don't usually last longer than 2 weeks at our house since we eat them up fast, but I suspect they could go for longer.
Hi there! The full recipe, including all of the measurements, can be found at the link above (here it is: fromscratchfast.com/granola-clusters-recipe/). Happy baking!
Wonderful recipe! For the people outside the United States: 300 degrees Fahrenheit = 150 degrees Celsius. Just to prevent you from burned clusters 😅
Thank you so much, Jo!

Thank you so much so good
I’m so glad you like it! ☺️
delicious :) . how long can it be stored in airtight jar?
The granola can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks!
Nice recipe! What's a good substitute for coconut oil?
You can use any neutral vegetable (such as safflower, grapeseed or canola) instead of the coconut oil!

Hi can I use ur video to support a factory of Granola with love straight from Saudi 🇸🇦🇸🇦
These look delissssh! Can these be made over the stove instead of the oven? Thanks
Thank you!!! This granola does need to be baked in the oven to achieve the right texture. 😊
Hi! Are these soft baked? Or would baking them for less time make them soft baked?
Hi there! These are crispy clusters. If you prefer a softer granola you could try cutting back on the baking time. Good luck!
From Scratch Fast thank you!
This recipe is delicious I just left out the nuts and replaced the coconut oil with margarine
I’m so glad you enjoyed!
Can I make it with instant oats?
Hi there, this granola works best with old fashioned rolled oats, not instant oats, which won't provide the same structure. I hope you give it a try!

Is their mesurements?
Hi Tanika, the full recipe with all the measurements can be found here! fromscratchfast.com/granola-clusters-recipe/
Hi @scratchfast thank you
Wouldn’t the dried fruits burn in the oven?
Nope! Since the dried fruits are chopped up into the granola they bake well. Great question!
Can I put frozen Berries in?
Luísa Aires frozen berries will actually give off too much liquid so won’t work for this recipe. Any dried fruits will work, however!
From Scratch Fast of course makes sense 😅 I just made this!! It tastes amazing thank you so much for the recipe!!?

How long is the shelf life for these?

From Scratch Fast if you don’t eat them in the 2 weeks you advised can you froze them? I love the recipe btw 🌸
I just did that lol
🤣
off topic but she look exactly like the enchantress in Loki lol
Why does this remind me of an Amy Landino video?
Am I high or do the clusters look like nugs of weed ?
If your weed looks like that I'm sorry for you
Why would you not just buy them from the shop
Less healthy, over priced
Omggg💜
🥰
Hi! Why isn’t the weight of each product listed? How much of each do it use? 🤣
