I find it so amazing when some of my fav TH-camrs upload videos on topics that are big exactly at this moment in my life. I just recently got inspired by a friend to try and rise up early. The last two days were a total fail lol. But now I know why: as you said it's best to adjust bit by bit, and not by a few hours right away. As soon as you said it, I adjusted my alarm for tomorrow :) Hopefully this will work out and soon I'll be able to adjust more and more. My aim now is to get used to waking up at 7 first, and then move it to 6. Not sure I'll ever be able to get to the 5 o'clock club, but time will tell! Thank you for the video!

In my family, if you after 8 they ask if you are ill. 😂 Living in the countryside in Austria where especially on the weekends there is always (manual) work to do, you are kind of regarded as lazy if you are sleeping in. So I basically grew up an early riser. Even when you are out partying til 4, 5 am you are expected to get up at 8 at the latest. For me, even now that I live on my own I automatically wake up at 7 at the latest on weekends and I get up at 5 during the week to have some me-time before work. I also love the feeling that you already did something good today. :) Love your videos about topics like this!

I feel like your videos are precisely what I need in my life right now and even though many youtubers discuss topics similar to yours (meditation, digital nomads, finding your passion etc.) for some reason your content and the way you express it really resonates with me! Best advice: just get up, do not Listen to your inner pig for even 1 Second otherwise it will hit the snooze button. Dont overthink stuff in the morning. Just do it!

But I want to create the habit of getting up at 4am and go to bed at 8pm. I have a lot of bad habits that I have picked up and need to reprogram my mind and just change a lot and have a lot of work and self development to do.

Sometimes I wake up earlier and I have so much energy. Other times I just can't... I think I need to put my phone away before I go to bed. :/ :D
