- The village of Chushul in Leh, Ladakh is located somewhere between Pangong Tso and Hanle. A village with very important war history and an even important mountain pass which is too close to the line of actual control running between India and China.
Rezang La and Chushul were the Battlefield for the 1962 Sino-Indo war where the battalion of Major Shaitan Singh saved the day by defeating China.
Here, in this Leh, Ladakh travel vlog I explore the stories of the 1962 India-China standoff along with the present border situation, know more about the battle at the Rezang La war memorial, as I calculate how close I stood to the disputed border between India and China.
