Very nice recipe. I made the recipe 5 times bigger, yielding 30 donuts plus donut holes. The amount of flour seems to be around 15% off, it was way too viscose/sticky with the exact amounts indicated. This may be due to differences in flour quality (?) Here is what the 30 donut recipe looks like for me when everything is converted into grams: 250 gr sugar 35 gr dry yeast 250 gr water 320 gr milk 25 gr salt 5 eggs (regular small size, around 60 gr each... including the shell) Mix the above until the sugar is totally dissolved 1250 gr flour Knead the flour into the above mix for 5-7 minutes 75 gr melted butter (not hot, only still liquid or very soft room temperature if it has not been melted) 150 gr flour kneaded with the butter and the above dough mix for a few minutes A little bit more flour may be needed for keeping the dough from sticking to your hands and table/bowl surfaces. I will stick to this recipe over the other recipes I have... it is extremely good.

In U.S cups it would be 1 cup flour,1 tsp yeast,1/2 tablespoon butter,1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk,1/4 tsp salt. Butter gives flavour so don't skip it. Baking soda can replace yeast.

(although I had a hard time kneading the dough, I suck at dough-kneading -.-) I used a smaller circle cutter, which meant I got around 12-13 donuts in total. There were 5 donuts left at the end of the day, and I didn't want them to dry out and go to waste, so I put them in the refrigerator at night. I just took them out of the refrigerator an hour ago, and the texture is still great! So don't let your delicious donuts go to waste, put them in the refrigerator and serve them whenever you like :-)

I don't have active dry yeast i only have instant yeast .. so how much of yeast that i have to yeast? And how many ml of milk i have to use? . i just have to put yeast derectly to flour right?
