One of the things I've wanted to do was to create Humanoid settlement that is literally just the dwelling of a Giant that once lived their. (What may have been a simple manor for a Giant would be an entire city for humans.) I just need to find a was to represent that architecture.

Fun additional scary facts about giants.
Storm giants: whenever they are nearing the end of their life and don't wanna die, they go full druid and become an immortal living storm, surround whatever place they do this shit in for the rest of time until they are slain. How do you kill a literal living storm? No idea.
Hill giants: oh yea if one of them gets so sick that they keep throwing up, they actually lock the giant away and starve them until he gets better. This leads to most the time rampage as remember food is a hill giants religion literally.
Frost giants: Ever wonder what some storm giants do to bulk up and become chieftain? Well one forbidden and taboo way is to go abandon Thyrm as your lord and savior, worship troll god, go out and slay a troll, then consume its carcass to gain its regenerative powers. The fucked thing here is that they may develop vestigial body parts such as extra heads, a tail, arms, legs, nipples, etc etc due to frost giants biology not suppose to be like a troll. When they are finally figure out they are thrown out the clan because weakness reasons and they just wander around fucking up everything in pure rage.
Stone giants: my favorite fucking thing about stone giants is canonically they are overpowered as fuck. You know how they call the world outside their cave "Land of dreams" and shit? Well stone giants are lucid dreamers. Translation: they literally start to bend reality, the laws of nature, gravity, etc etc if they spend long enough outside their underground cave home. To them the world is literally a dream, meaning to them that they can do whatever they want so normally its common to see a chaotic fuck off stone giant turning a boat into a war ship and chucking that bitch at an adventuring group for the lolz.

Harshnag the Grim is a pretty interesting frost giant NPC; and can provide great insight into giant culture (if you’re running a Forgotten Realms campaign).
He was basically a social outcast among frost giants…he had empathy for the intelligent “small folk”; which went against his clans beliefs that the weak don’t matter; and only the strong should rule.
This led Harshnag to venture south on his own, where he became a folk hero of sorts…initially frightening to the people; Harshnag became a savior when he went out of his way to fight other monsters in order to protect the “little people”.
Harshnag then became a member of the Gray Hands; basically a superhero of Waterdeep. Now he treats the city as his home; and it’s people as his new family.
When I use him, he speaks highly of Storm Giants (“strong like the frost giants; but with enviable wisdom”), warily of Cloud Giants (“I can never tell what those lot are thinking”), and a bitter rivalry with Fire Giants (ruthless bastards that remind me ‘o my kin…‘cept they have better weapons”).
Harshnag thinks Stone Giants are weird (“Too much time underground”), and sort of pities the Hill Giants (“they drew the short end ‘o the Ordning…if even one ‘o them had their wits about ‘em…they could be great”).
He also (in my campaign) has an awkward fondness for the royal princess of the Storm Giants, Serissa; as they both enjoy the small folk.
(my table joked that the two of them are just “nerds” who treat the small races like a hobby; and that people are just like “minis” to them…got very meta).
