The real thing to do is somehow engineer a game where it's one civ with all the International Trade abilities vs one civ with all the Internal Trade abilities.
@@crypticmrchimes The lack of incoming trade routes for the International player probably wouldn’t be too much of an issue. There are only a few abilities that rely on receiving trade, and they typically have other benefits (like Bride of the Mediterranean) or are more likely to be used by the Internal player (like University of Sankore).
Imagine if there a few civilization with negative abilities like Kongo or Maōri. I can't wait for the only negative abilities. Like a -50% Science, -30% Production (units, building), -15% yields on foreign continent and -15% yields on city without 6 tiles of the Capitals. Cannot recruit Great Prophet and Writers, nor build Holy Sites, nor specialty districts next to City-center and no adjacency for districts. No resource chopping. Only maritime international trade, with a -25% yields/tourism on it. And of course: unable to wage surprise wars and on City-States. That would be an interesting game!
Ursa, I don't know if this was mentioned on the original video you did with getting insane tourism but I think it would be really interesting to try the golden gate bridge high appeal strat with Mapuche's Chemamulls - they give 75% of the appeal as culture (and as much tourism too), and the +100% tourism effects it since it's a tile improvement. It wouldn't be as good for tourism as teddy for various reasons of course, but even if you put a bit of effort into getting decent appeal and secure a nice golden gate city, I bet the culture yield would be insane! And you could leverage it to get a fast fascism and go for domination, potentially using mapuche's +10 vs civs in a golden age. Plus the extra culture from the city would let you get more of the tiles quicker, and arguably the chemamulls are less annoying to spam than national parks since you dont need any faith. But to put into perspective, the 26 appeal tiles would each yield 19 culture, so even half as good as that would still be absurdly good. You'd probably be limited by population but you could easily get hundreds and hundreds of culture from the one city, and you could spring it up pretty fast too. Basically I think chemamulls are busted and you should try breaking the game with them.
i used the quarters mod to build district quarters and specialized 3 cities to faith as khmer. it was insanity. my industrial city routes to my science city netted like 160 gold per turn and then generated tourism on industrial zones. it was hilarious. accidental culture victory

Thank you so much for this amazing video! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
What about a game with this mod, the expanded great peaple mod, and the Pope to have a remake of the challenge to get the biggest governement possible?

So Mail, Maya, Mvemba Kongo, Māori, Portugal, Gaul, and Tokugawa Japan? Am I missing anyone?
I would suggest building districts only on top of marshes, forest and woods (Vietnam ability)

That sounds very fun to be fair! A nice synergy. I was enjoying max strength alcazar for the same reason!
Those trade routes from Interplanet Janet - you might say... They're out of this world!
Intergalactic yields!
That was insane! You turned into Jeff Bezos, Opra, and Elon all rolled into one!
Happy New Year! That was just as ridiculous and broken as promised. (Also, thank you for that Canadian song reference.)

16:37 The university was still under construction when you took the city. Hence it was deleted.
Buying all those naval units instead of building with Venetian arsenal making me twitch
